About the Role

We are looking for reliable freelancers to support urgent remote document-related tasks. Depending on your skills and experience, assignments may include English-to-native-language translation, PDF-to-Word retyping, and other basic document-related work.

This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity where you can take on tasks that match your skills and availability.

What You’ll Own

Document Translation

• Translate documents accurately from English into your native language
• Maintain the original meaning, tone, and formatting where required
• Review translated documents for grammar, spelling, and accuracy
• Ensure the final content is clear and natural for native-language readers

PDF to Word Conversion

• Retype information from PDF files into editable Word documents
• Accurately reproduce text, headings, tables, and basic formatting
• Review completed documents for missing or incorrect information
• Ensure files are clean, organized, and easy to edit

Document Support

• Complete other simple document-related assignments as needed
• Follow project-specific instructions and formatting requirements
• Communicate clearly if clarification is needed
• Deliver completed tasks within the agreed deadline

Requirements

• Strong written English skills
• Native-level proficiency in the language you will translate into, where applicable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word or similar document-editing software
• Ability to accurately type and format documents
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently from home
• Strong ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Immediate availability is preferred

Nice to Have

• Previous translation experience
• Previous data entry or document processing experience
• Experience working with PDF and Word files
• Familiarity with document formatting and editing
• Previous freelance or remote work experience
• Experience using online productivity or document management tools
