Association’s Mission:
California Primary Care Association’s (CPCA’s) mission is to lead and position community clinics, health centers and networks through advocacy, education, and services as key players in the health care delivery system to improve the health status of their communities.
Purpose of Position:
Lead the management and implementation of educational activities that enhance the capabilities of community health centers and consortia in their local health care delivery system as well as advance the work of the CPCA. Provide an advanced level of skilled duties including project management, training design and delivery, and educational activity monitoring and evaluation per established criteria.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Degrees in education, learning design, or organizational psychology may be helpful, but no specific degree is required. Minimum of four years of program or project management or equivalent experience. Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations, or non-profit organizations is also preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
Compensation : $89,382 - $94,639

Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Consultants will collaborate remotely or in-person as agreed upon based on project needs.
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Middle School Math Curriculum Writer Consultant with a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, and at least three years of experience designing and/or teaching high-quality secondary math instruction, with a proven record of developing rigorous, engaging, and culturally responsive curriculum.
Project Scope & Responsibilities:
Design full-course curricula for middle school science subjects (e.g., Statistics, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1) including scope and sequence, unit plans, and daily lesson plans
Develop high-quality instructional materials, including:
Ensure alignment to New York State standards and Zeta’s academic vision and outcomes
Embed inquiry-based learning, conceptual understanding, and opportunities for analytical thinking and problem-solving
Design assessments that measure both content mastery and application of skills
Collaborate closely with academic leaders, instructional coaches, and other curriculum writers to ensure coherence across courses and grade levels
Use feedback from educators and student performance data to iterate and improve curriculum materials

We are hiring for a 12 month project-based consulting role with an immediate start date. If selected, this role would be offered as a 1099 independent contractor engagement and would not constitute an offer of employment.
