We are Skyward.
That is, a love for people, for improvement, for human advancement through information technology. We are a people-centered business with a desire to serve others. We are diverse and unified; creative and collaborative; a collection of complementary, not competing talents. And though on the surface we remain relaxed, beneath, a torrent of energy links us to our civic tech mission.
We stand by our values, and we wonât compromise on any of them.
Integrity: Weâre conscientious, intentional, and empathetic. Our words and actions align. Thatâs our character. Please donât ask us to play another part, weâre poor actors.
Compassionate: If we may borrow a quote from Theodore Roosevelt: âNo one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.â Because our team is thoughtful and supportive, caring deeply for each other, our clients, and our work, this comes naturally.
Inquisitive: We remain students by failing openly and turning lessons into solutions.
Unconventional: For us, life isnât what happens outside of work. Work happens inside of life and our culture erases the line often dividing the two.
Authentic: Made possible only because we embody the values listed above. Weâre relaxed and fun yet intensely curious and driven. Team members are placed with thought, care, and precision to ensure that Trust, Truth, and Transparency continue to represent our brand.
Because of that, we continue Onward, Upward, and Skyward.
We need an Automation Test Engineer. Are you the kind of person who canât look at a machine learning model without wanting to test it six different ways (and then automate all six)? Do your friends sigh when you bring up responsible AI? Maybe theyâve stopped asking what you do for work because the last time you went on a 20-minute tangent about bias in training data and flaky CI pipelines for neural nets.
If that sounds familiar, you might be exactly who weâre looking for.
Come join us if youâre motivated to learn from others, to learn from mistakes, to be part of a future-looking and growth-oriented team.
Letâs go Skyward together.
Even if you donât meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply. At Skyward, weâre focused on hiring individuals with the right skills and passion to grow, not just checking off every box.
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
At Skyward, we support flexible working hours and remote opportunities to help maintain a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
Offers of employment with Skyward are contingent upon acceptable results of a background investigation.
Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance due to the nature of our work as a government contractor.

Builds and maintains MongoDB integrations with AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, shipping Python/TypeScript code into open-source ecosystems.
AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and n8n are quickly becoming the default way developers build with AI â and MongoDB wants to be the data platform that shows up everywhere they build. As part of the AI Builders Experience (ABX) org, weâre standing up a brand new engineering team in Gurugram to make that happen, and weâre looking for Software Engineers to be among its founding members.
The team owns the connective layer between MongoDB and third-party AI frameworks, platforms, and tools â the integrations that let developers use MongoDB effectively with the AI stack theyâve already chosen. That means shipping into some of the fastest-moving open-source ecosystems in tech, working mostly in Python and TypeScript, and partnering with the Database Experience (DBX) org when an integration needs new driver, platform, or product capability underneath it.
This is a strong role for an engineer who wants to grow into the AI space with real ownership. Youâll own well-scoped projects from design through release, work with fast-moving and sometimes unproven technologies, and get a clear view of how the ecosystem is evolving. Priorities shift as frameworks change and customer demand moves, so weâre looking for engineers who are adaptable, ask good questions, and take pride in shipping. Much of your work will happen in public: sending pull requests to upstream repositories, working through external maintainer review cycles, and participating in developer communities as MongoDB.
Youâll work closest with the engineers sitting next to you, pairing on hard problems, reviewing each otherâs code, and dividing up a broad portfolio, with senior engineers and your manager close at hand as you take on larger pieces of it.
MongoDB engineering teams pride themselves on building high-quality software and living our cultural values every day. We value intellectual curiosity, intellectual honesty, customer empathy, and building together in an environment that prioritizes collaboration over competition.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market. We have redefined the data platform for the AI era, enabling builders to create, transform, and disrupt industries with software. MongoDBâs unified data platform, the most widely available, globally distributed data platform on the market, helps organizations modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. At Intelerad, we believe the path to answers in healthcare should be clear-whether you are waiting for a diagnosis or trying to expedite one. Our medical imaging solutions streamline the flow of information, simplifying complex processes, maximizing efficiencies, and shining a light on the unknown. We empower physicians to get patients the answers they need faster and improve outcomes for everyone. With more accessible imaging, we are getting patients out of the dark.
Headquartered in Raleigh, NC and Montreal, Intelerad has nearly 800 employees located in offices across four countries. The company empowers nearly 2,000 healthcare organizations around the world with the speed, scalability, and simplicity needed to increase business performance while, most importantly, improving patient outcomes. We are seeking a Software Developer to join the InteleShare team and contribute to Inteleradâs secure, cloud-based medical image sharing platform. In this role, you will design and deliver features that connect healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients â enabling timely, accurate diagnoses across institutions and geographies. You will work within a cross-functional Agile team, take ownership of features end to end, and contribute to a platform that handles DICOM medical imaging at scale.
InteleShare is a polyglot platform: a Perl/mod_perl services tier on PostgreSQL, a JavaScript web client (jQuery and vanilla JavaScript across the established pages, React and TypeScript in newer areas), a Java (Spring Boot) storage service backed by S3 and other cloud object stores, and a C#/.NET on-premises harvester that speaks DICOM and HL7 to customer PACS. You will start in one or two of these codebases and grow into the others over time.

Develops network software infrastructure in Go/Rust for Cloudflare's egress connectivity platform, working with engineering teams to build cutting-edge features.
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the worldâs largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazineâs Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the Worldâs Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, weâre not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; weâre looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a ânormalizedâ problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If youâre the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, youâll fit right in.

Because youâll be solving problems of massive scale and significance, you are a growth-oriented individual who enjoys being outside of your comfort zone. You are comfortable in a fast-paced but sensible work environment. You value curiosity and empathy and lead with these values.
â For Portugal based hires: Estimated annual salary is between âŹ54,000 - âŹ75,000.
