  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards throughout every stage of the funnel.

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a high sense of urgency to balance multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS and seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to optimize productivity and candidate outreach.
  • High stakeholder management and influence competencies, with a track record of coaching hiring managers toward swift, smart decisions.
  • Top-tier communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach, build rapid rapport, and articulate complex information with clarity across fully remote teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free candidate communication, through follow-up with candidates and key stakeholders, accurate contract generations and seamless compliance across all stages of hiring and onboarding.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with outstanding conversational agility and active listening skills.

Bonus Points If You Bring…

  • Experience recruiting within the HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.
  • Hands-on experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events.

HR Lead Technical Recruiter at SeatGeek

Lead technical recruiter owns full-lifecycle hiring for senior engineering, data, ML, and product roles, building sourcing strategies and serving as a strategic talent advisor to executive leadership.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.

As a Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll own full lifecycle hiring for our most difficult and highest visibility technical searches, including senior and staff level engineers, data and ML specialists, product managers, and designers. Many of these are roles where the hiring bar, talent mapping, and the sourcing channel have not been defined. You’ll run them with a high degree of autonomy, build the playbooks the rest of the team uses, and serve as a voice R&D and Product leaders turn to when they’re deciding what to build and who should build it.

The ideal candidate operates as a talent advisor and strategic partner. They bring market data and pipeline evidence into every conversation, facilitate communication with executive stakeholders, and raise the standard of how the team operates. We’re also looking for someone with real curiosity about how AI is changing recruiting, and the appetite to put that curiosity to work. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll do

  • Own complex technical and product searches from intake through close, including niche, emerging and confidential roles, partnering with recruiting leadership on executive searches
  • Build sourcing strategies from scratch through market mapping, competitive research and targeted outbound campaigns, while managing multiple high complexity searches without sacrificing pipeline momentum or candidate experience
  • Advise on compensation and offer strategy and close candidates in competitive markets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior engineering, data and product leaders, shaping role scope, leveling, interview design and hiring strategy rather than executing against a predefined spec
  • Lead intake and calibration to establish the hiring bar, use market evidence to reset expectations when searches stall and provide leaders with clear insight into hiring health
  • Influence headcount planning and role scoping by bringing market, compensation and organizational context to decisions
  • Use funnel, pipeline and time to fill data to diagnose search challenges and adjust strategy in real time
  • Bring root cause analysis and recommendations, not just flags, and independently make decisions on search strategy, process and stakeholder approach while escalating broader resourcing and headcount decisions
  • Test and adopt AI across sourcing, screening, outreach and scheduling, scale what works and retire what doesn’t
  • Help define where AI can improve hiring quality and speed while keeping human judgment where it matters, using automation to reduce administrative work and give recruiters more time with candidates and hiring managers
  • Build reusable playbooks, market intelligence and best practices that elevate the broader recruiting team
  • Mentor recruiters and sourcers on sourcing, stakeholder management and closing while sharing candidates, intelligence and pipeline across the team
  • Set the standard for collaboration, adaptability and execution, especially as priorities shift and hiring pressure increases

What you have

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting, including senior and staff level IC hiring at a fast growing technology company
  • Depth across engineering, data and ML, product, and design, with the fluency to credibly engage senior candidates
  • A track record of building the approach yourself on searches where the role, the bar, or the market was undefined
  • Strategic sourcing skill: market mapping, talent intelligence, and outbound that builds pipeline without leaning on inbound or agencies
  • Fluency with recruiting data and the tools behind it, including Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ModernLoop or similar. You build your own views and use metrics to make and defend decisions
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence without authority, grounded in a real understanding of the business you support
  • Curiosity and aptitude for new technology. You have put AI to work in your own workflow and can speak to what it changed
  • A reputation as a teammate who mentors, shares what they know, and raises the level of the team

Perks

  • Equity stake
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
  • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave
  • 401(k) matching
  • Student loan matching program
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care
  • $500 per year for wellness expenses
  • Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical
  • $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events
  • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music

The salary range for this role is $119,000 - $172,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. Lead technical recruiter owns full-lifecycle hiring for senior engineers, data/ML specialists, and product roles, building sourcing strategies and serving as strategic talent advisor to executive stakeholders.

HR EMEA Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Tech GTM at Cloudflare

Senior talent acquisition partner who develops recruitment strategies and builds candidate pipelines to support EMEA sales and GTM team expansion.

Senior Onsite Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Location: London

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – GTM to join our London-based EMEA team. Acting as a strategic talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, you will drive the expansion of our sales and technical GTM teams across the broader EMEA region. You will leverage your deep market expertise, extensive network, and AI-driven strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent for Cloudflare across EMEA, while maintaining the agility to pivot your support as business needs evolve.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams, functioning similarly to how a salesperson puts together a go-to-market plan.
  • Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon an extensive network of industry contacts to build proactive pipeline strategies for a variety of GTM and technical GTM roles across EMEA.
  • Stakeholder Management & Advising: Build and maintain solid relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams.
  • AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimisation: Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate legacy manual tasks, optimise administrative outreach workflows at scale, and synthesise complex market data to inform regional talent strategies.
  • Data Utilization & Analytics: Leverage foundational data layers and recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies, actively analysing metrics such as time-to-hire and source efficiency to drive optimal operational decisions.
  • Employer Branding & Market Awareness: Lead and execute strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the EMEA market to elevate Cloudflare’s profile as a top destination for GTM talent.

Desirable Skills

  • GTM Recruiting Expertise: A proven track record of success as a Senior Recruiter with deep experience hiring for technical GTM roles, including Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, Customer Experience and Solutions Architects, as well as core sales GTM organisations.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to operate two “plays” ahead, anticipating potential bottlenecks before they materialize, and resolving complex organisational issues.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Effective negotiation capabilities to secure top-tier candidates, driven by a deep understanding of Cloudflare’s unique value proposition.
  • AI & Ecosystem Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to leverage automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for complex boolean logic, market mapping, and productivity multiplication.
  • Candidate Experience Focus: Strong organizational skills to eliminate operational friction, ensuring clear communication and proactive engagement throughout the interview lifecycle.
  • Communication & Influencing: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate transparently, foster alignment across teams and stakeholders and leverage data and market insights to influence.
  • Adaptability & Self-Direction: Comfort thriving in ever-changing environments, taking complete responsibility for outcomes while seamlessly navigating an evolving technological and organisational landscape.

What Makes Cloudflare Special?

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we’ve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers–at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

Our Values

  • Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.
