IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and align on interview and assessment criteria.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate relationship management, and offer coordination, while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Identify current and future capability needs across the business, particularly in AI, software engineering, product, and digital domains, helping shape workforce and hiring strategies.
Drive Talent Acquisition as an AI-enabled discipline by leveraging automation, AI-powered talent intelligence, and analytics to improve candidate quality, hiring speed, and overall recruitment outcomes.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a software, product, digital, or automotive IT environment.
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for product and engineering roles, alongside selected non-technical positions.
Experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineering, data, cloud, or AI-related profiles. Experience hiring for AI-native or emerging technology domains is highly valued.
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, research, and recruitment effectiveness.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, technical assessment tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers, foster collaboration, and influence hiring outcomes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
A strong interest in workforce transformation, future skills, and how AI and emerging technologies are shaping the future of talent acquisition.
