We’re searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca’s rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products. This role is ideal for a crypto-native content marketer who can translate complex concepts—tokenization infrastructure, on-chain asset mechanics, and institutional crypto workflows—into clear, compelling narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and other institutional partners.

You’ll sit at the intersection of content marketing, product storytelling, and crypto go-to-market, partnering closely with our crypto product team to support launches, partner announcements, and thought leadership. The pace of change in tokenization demands dedicated expertise: this is not a generalist role. You’ll help shape how the market understands Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network (ITN) and broader crypto infrastructure, turning product complexity into content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own content strategy for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products across both B2B and B2C channels
  • Write and edit educational and product-driven content such as launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership on tokenization and digital assets
  • Develop audience-specific messaging for distinct crypto buyer personas—issuers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional partners—and maintain a shared content playbook for approved language and positioning
  • Partner with the crypto product team to turn technical updates into clear, externally ready content, including briefs for upcoming GTMs
  • Translate internal product language into accurate, externally appropriate messaging, framing Alpaca’s role in tokenization workflows
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and ready to ship
  • Identify content opportunities based on product priorities, partner launches, and growth goals
  • Help improve discoverability and adoption through SEO, content refreshes, and audience-focused distribution

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related role, with meaningful time spent in crypto, Web3, or digital assets
  • Deep familiarity with crypto market structure, tokenization, and institutional crypto workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex topics for sophisticated audiences
  • Experience creating go-to-market content for product launches, partner announcements, or B2B fintech/crypto products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong judgment around audience, tone, and message clarity—especially when navigating regulated financial content
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and moving quickly across multiple concurrent launches

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto-native company or with tokenization / RWA infrastructure
  • Background creating content for market makers, crypto exchanges, or institutional crypto audiences
  • Experience building content playbooks or messaging frameworks for technical products
  • Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated financial and crypto marketing content
  • Knowledge of on-chain asset mechanics, DeFi primitives, and cross-network asset movement
  • Based in North America

Why This Role

Tokenization is moving from narrative to infrastructure, and Alpaca is at the center of that shift. This is a chance to shape how institutional crypto audiences—exchanges, issuers, and market makers—understand what Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products can do, and how to get value from them quickly. You’ll play a key role in supporting a growing pipeline of partner launches and product GTMs at a pivotal moment for the business.

What You Bring

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner closely with product leaders to translate technical concepts into externally ready stories
  • A passion for understanding our crypto users: what they’re building, what workflows they care about, and how tokenization changes capital efficiency and market structure
  • Experience turning fast-moving product roadmaps into a coherent content and GTM narrative

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card

Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp’s demand generation engine — planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time.

The Job Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance.
  • Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns — this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it.
  • Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing.
  • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow.
  • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer.
  • Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up).
  • Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging.
  • Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what’s working, kill what isn’t, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
  • Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or another complex B2B industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong writing skills — comfortable independently drafting blog posts, email copy, and landing page copy, since this role owns content without a dedicated content team behind it.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting campaign data to make decisions.
  • Comfort partnering with a technical GTM/RevOps function (e.g., a GTM Engineer) on automation and data needs without owning the underlying systems.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other learning technology.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Special Considerations & Prerequisites

  • Practices and adheres to EnableComp’s Core Values, Vision and Mission.
  • Individual contributor role; no direct reports at this time.
  • A great candidate is self-directed and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems; treats data hygiene as non-negotiable; and can translate technical workflows into plain-language impact for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills; comfortable running multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A bias toward experimentation and iteration, including piloting AI-enabled content and marketing tools.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 20%), primarily for occasional team or company offsites.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; standard office or remote work environment.

About the Role

FMG’s Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can make our products “fly off the shelf”: someone who understands what makes a product valuable and can tell the market about it in a way that drives real results.

You’ll be the connective tissue between product strategy and the sales and marketing tactics that turn strategy into growth. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and launches and you’ll be the product evangelist who equips our sales channels to win.

You’ll know our competitors as well as they know themselves, and our buyers better than they know themselves. You back insight with market evidence, not guesswork, and translate it into messaging that resonates and sales tools that convert.

You’ll join a Product Marketing team that partners closely with Product and works as a growth engine across the org, which means your work will focus on a specific product portfolio. If you’re energized by market insight, driven by outcomes, and genuinely curious about how AI can make go-to-market smarter and faster, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation This position offers $135,000-$145,000, depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

Own positioning and messaging. Partner with Product and Marketing to develop positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas and clearly articulate how we solve our buyers’ problems.

Be the market intelligence expert. Know our buyers: who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Document the buyer’s journey and drive changes to sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

Own the competitive landscape. Be the expert on our competition: what they do today, where they’re headed and how we win against them.

Close the loop on customer feedback. Synthesize signals from sales, customer success, win/loss, and product usage into structured input for Product, turning what buyers tell us into sharper product-market fit and a stronger innovation pipeline.

Plan and drive launches. Lead go-to-market for net-new products and releases of existing ones, managing the cross-functional implementation from plan through launch.

Enable sales. Train our sales channels on the problems we solve, build the internal tools and external collateral they need (battlecards, pitch narratives, objection handling), and teach them how and when to use it.

Empower customer success. Train our support channels on the products we build, how they work, the tools and resources available to them (internal FAQs, product documentation, customer lyrics), and how to answer common customer questions.

Build and measure demand programs. Work with Marketing to develop programs that support retention and acquisition, then track effectiveness and report back on what’s working and what needs to change.

Drive internal alignment and readiness. Keep Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success working from the same view of our strategy, priorities, and positioning, so the org moves in sync as the market and roadmap shift.

Act as an external thought leader and evangelist. Represent FMG innovation and the products you support through speaking engagements and written work.

Document and systematize. Build the institutional knowledge that makes GTM faster over time: messaging frameworks, launch playbooks, and repeatable templates.

Lean into AI. We expect this role to use AI tools actively, both for your own productivity (research, drafting, competitive synthesis, launch prep) and for finding opportunities to apply AI-assisted workflows across go-to-market. You don’t need to be an AI engineer but you should be both fluent for daily use and genuinely curious about where AI creates leverage and willing to experiment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role (delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills you can prove what is (or isn’t) working with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; a strong public speaker comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
  • Comfortable with collaboration and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Hubspot) and analytics tool (Amplitude).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or marketing technology; you understand the landscape our customers operate in.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating as priorities shift.
  • A genuine orientation toward innovation: you actively look for ways to make GTM scale, not just move faster.
  • AI fluency. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work. Not occasionally, but daily. You prompt effectively, evaluate output critically, and think about how AI can drive scale and innovation across go-to-market workflows. You should be able to articulate where AI creates leverage in product marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA a plus.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or higher.

At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences. We strive to foster an environment that allows everyone to contribute to our mission in their unique ways. With the belief that diversity propels innovation, we are continually finding ways to cultivate a commitment to inclusion in our employees, services, and products, as well as in the communities in which we live and work.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, and genetic information.  If you require accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact [email protected].

As a Solutions Product Marketing Manager on the Product Marketing team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role turning complex ad-tech products into clear, compelling stories that help sales teams win. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you will own the collateral and messaging—pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials—that speak directly to publishers, advertisers, and agencies and get deals across the line.

If you get excited about product positioning, love a well-crafted narrative, take pride in making a product feel irresistible on paper, and are AI-fluent and design-literate, this is the role for you.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Product / Solutions Marketing Experience: 2+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related role (focusing on actual outcomes achieved).
  • Sales Collateral Expertise: Demonstrated experience producing high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, or product packaging.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional written English—clear, concise, and persuasive, with the ability to translate complex product detail into customer-facing narratives.
  • Design Literacy: A strong eye for design; able to produce clean, professional visual assets independently using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
  • AI Fluency: Confident, practical fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) as part of daily workflow.
  • Customer-Centric Storytelling: A natural storyteller who frames products around customer problems rather than feature lists.
  • Sales Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with sales teams, understanding their needs, and closing collateral gaps quickly.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS ad-tech environment.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies.
  • Exposure to product launches and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
  • A portfolio showing writing and design samples (informal or formal).
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or basic analytics platforms.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own Collateral & Packaging: Build and maintain high-converting pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials for publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Bridge Product, Marketing & Sales: Partner closely with sales teams to understand what messaging lands in the market and move fast to fill collateral gaps.
  • Drive Strategic Positioning: Translate complex ad-tech functionality into clear, compelling buyer narratives that win deals.
  • Leverage AI & Modern Design Tools: Integrate AI workflows and visual tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express) to create clean, professional visual assets independently.

We pursue Innovation and Profitable Growth through continuous improvement and thoughtful problem-solving, and we believe work should include Fun—celebrating success, recognizing our people, and maintaining healthy work-life balance.
