What this role involves

About Lumen Energy

Lumen Energy is the modern solar broker for the nation’s largest real estate owners, transforming underutilized rooftops into profitable solar revenue. Our proprietary Lux Engine provides investment-grade financial and technical analysis at the portfolio level, giving owners clarity and confidence immediately. Once vetted, projects are put to bid, and leading developers compete transparently. With Lumen Energy on their side of the table, providing white-glove service at every step, owners unlock predictable ancillary income, advance sustainability and resiliency goals, and scale solar adoption across their portfolios—without distraction from their core business.

Backed by world-class investors including Lowercarbon Capital and Designer Fund, we work with leading commercial real estate customers such as Nuveen, KKR, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. We’re a team of builders from Stripe, Google X, Arcadia, and Siemens, united by our mission to power the built world with profitable clean energy.

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function during a critical growth phase. Reporting to our Head of Sales Operations, you’ll initially manage a team of two direct reports (GTM & Campaign Manager and Content & Events Manager) and drive the full marketing strategy—from brand/product positioning and demand generation to content creation and event execution.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead an AI-savvy, high-impact marketing team at a mission-driven company transforming how institutional real estate owners approach clean energy. You’ll work at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling, with direct influence on pipeline, revenue, and company positioning in a market showing unprecedented demand growth during a transformational time in our energy history.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can both set strategic direction and roll up their sleeves as an individual contributor when the team has gaps. You bring deep B2B and product marketing expertise, a track record of building teams and processes, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Marketing Director, Customer Marketing at Keyfactor

Director leads customer marketing strategy and programs to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy across Keyfactor's installed customer base.

Lead Remote Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Keyfactor

Our mission is to securely connect the world: humans, machines, and AI. Keyfactor is the leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping the world’s largest enterprises and government agencies take control of the cryptographic identities that safeguard every digital interaction. Behind the platform is a global team of people who care deeply about the work and each other. We move fast, think big, and show up for one another every day. If you’re looking for work that matters and a team that brings out your best, we hope you’ll trust your future with Keyfactor!

Title: Director, Customer Marketing

Location: United States; Remote or Canada

Experience: Director

Job Function: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Computer & Network Security

About the position

The fastest revenue Keyfactor will ever win comes from the customers we have already won. As enterprises consolidate their machine identity and cryptography investments onto fewer platforms, the companies that grow are the ones whose customers realize value, renew, expand, and advocate. Keyfactor is investing in exactly that and we are looking for a Director of Customer Marketing to lead it.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Customer Marketing, this role owns how Keyfactor engages and grows its customer base across four outcomes: customers realize value, stay, grow, and advocate. You will lead the customer marketing and community team, own the strategy and operating model for marketing to the installed base, and build the programs behind it into one connected system with measurable revenue impact.

This is a highly cross-functional role with strong influence across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and the broader marketing organization. Customer marketing is also one of Keyfactor’s richest channels for customer insight: programs like the community and customer events surface what customers need next, and this role turns that signal into structured input for product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Marketing Director of Marketing - SQL at IDERA Software

Director leads marketing strategy across demand generation, content, and product marketing while building and managing a cross-functional team aligned to revenue goals.

Lead Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

We are an established, growing software company entering an exciting chapter, and we are looking for a Director of Marketing to help lead the way. You will lead a talented team, manage budget, and set the strategy for Marketing. Our market is evolving quickly, and we want a leader who brings both a sharp strategic view and the willingness to roll up their sleeves and get into the work alongside the team.

The right person is a strong communicator who sets clear direction, motivates people, and holds the team accountable to real outcomes. You lead with data, learn quickly, and are comfortable with change. You will partner closely with sales, product, and the executive team to keep marketing aligned with the business and moving with real momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Set the overall marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and customer marketing, aligned to company revenue and retention goals.
  • Define the company’s point of view on how AI-mediated discovery (Generative Engine Optimization / GEO)
  • AI shopping agents, LLM-based recommendations) changes the buying journey for our category, and translate that into a channel and content strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership on positioning, pricing input, and account-based strategies for key segments.
  • Build and lead a team spanning demand generation, content/SEO-GEO, product marketing, brand/creative, website development, and customer/lifecycle marketing.
  • Own the content strategy end to end, ensuring our value proposition is communicated clearly for consumption by both human readers and AI answer engines.
  • Own the always-on digital demand engine: paid and organic digital channels, website and conversion optimization, marketing automation, and lifecycle nurture email campaigns.
  • Drive a community and third-party engagement and credibility strategy.
  • Oversee product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools across the marketing function itself, including content drafting and editing, campaign personalization, creative production, lead scoring and prioritization, competitive and market research, and marketing analytics, to increase output and speed without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
  • Define KPIs that go beyond traditional metrics and include tracking share of voice in AI-generated answers and brand mention and citation frequency across LLMs.
  • Own the marketing budget, reporting on KPIs, tracking impact by channel, and using data to drive decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in B2B software/SaaS marketing leadership, with at least 3+ years in a Director-level role owning the marketing strategy and budget.
  • Direct experience adapting a marketing strategy to include AI channels for a changing buyer journey.
  • Strong quantitative fluency, comfortable owning a marketing budget, building attribution models, and reporting marketing ROI to executives.
  • Experience building and coaching a team across demand gen, product marketing, content, website development, and brand.
  • Excellent storytelling and positioning instincts, able to write and edit high-quality content personally when needed, not just direct others to do it.
  • Familiarity with how LLMs and AI search surfaces generate recommendations, and what makes content/brand more or less likely to be surfaced and trusted in that context.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work (content generation and editing, personalization, analytics, research) and a point of view on where they help versus where they introduce risk.
  • Visible productivity gains from AI adoption within the marketing function itself — faster content and campaign cycles, more personalization at scale — with clear guardrails in place for quality and accuracy.

Builds and scales Base44's creator partnership program by identifying aligned creators, managing authentic relationships across platforms, and turning creator collaborations into a core growth channel.

Lead Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Description

Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we’re building.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem. Someone who understands internet culture, knows the right creators before everyone else does, has strong instincts for what resonates, and naturally knows how to connect products with the voices people genuinely trust.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

We’re not looking for someone to manage a few partnerships or run predictable campaigns. We want to build a creator engine around Base44, and we need someone who knows how to bring together the right people, build authentic relationships at scale, and turn creator partnerships into one of our strongest growth channels.

You should genuinely be part of this world. You know what is trending, who people pay attention to, what feels authentic, and how to identify creators that can make technical products feel exciting and accessible.

At the same time, you know how to build structure around it, creating a program that scales, learning fast from what works, and building something much bigger than one-off campaigns.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, helping define how creators become one of our main growth channels and how the world discovers what we’re building.
  • Identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand, including creators that may not be obvious fits at first glance.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices, cultural trends, and communities that can help shape how Base44 shows up online.
  • Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, creating a strong network around the product.
  • Work closely with creators to help shape content that feels authentic to their audience while maximizing reach, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Bring a strong understanding of internet culture and creator dynamics to identify the creators, content formats, and narratives that can make a technical product resonate with the right audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to connect creator activity with product launches, new features, and strategic company moments.
  • Build and continuously refine a scalable creator program that allows Base44 to grow creator partnerships in a repeatable and sustainable way.
  • Measure what works, learn quickly, and continuously improve how creator partnerships translate into awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup
  • Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and what “scale” actually looks like
  • Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously - not just a handful of big names
  • Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships without a lot of hand-holding
  • Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product’s ideal user, even when the fit isn’t immediately obvious
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs that don’t have a full playbook yet
  • Excellent communication skills - you can write a great creator brief and a tight performance summary equally well
  • Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company where you had to make technical or complex products feel accessible and exciting

Additional Information

Base44 is a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom applications using natural language - no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.

Our product is game-changing, our ambitions are bold, and with your help, the world is about to hear a lot more about us.

The approximate base compensation is $150,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
