Through an intuitive, centralized platform, FMG enables users to efficiently manage websites, email, texting, social media, events, blogs, videos, and more—all in one place.
At FMG, we have crafted an extraordinary work environment that perfectly balances hard work with an incredible team spirit. Since our inception over a decade ago, we’ve grown into a thriving community of 450+ dedicated employees spread across the globe. Our fast-paced, results-driven culture is matched by our commitment to maintaining a healthy work/life balance, ensuring that our team members feel fulfilled both personally and professionally.
Collaboration and open, thoughtful communication are at the heart of what we do. Our mission is to invest in motivated, successful individuals, supporting them as they excel both inside and outside of the workplace.
We’re building a winning team of A+ players, and we invite you to be a part of this amazing journey. At FMG, you’ll find an environment that champions growth, celebrates achievements, and fosters a sense of belonging. Join us, and let’s create something extraordinary together!
At FMG, we’re serious about being an awesome place to work! We’ve earned the USA Top Workplace award four years running now, and we’re always looking for ways to keep things great—like regularly checking in on our benefits and pay to make sure you’re getting a truly competitive package.
FMG’s Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can make our products “fly off the shelf”: someone who understands what makes a product valuable and can tell the market about it in a way that drives real results.
You’ll be the connective tissue between product strategy and the sales and marketing tactics that turn strategy into growth. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and launches and you’ll be the product evangelist who equips our sales channels to win.
You’ll know our competitors as well as they know themselves, and our buyers better than they know themselves. You back insight with market evidence, not guesswork, and translate it into messaging that resonates and sales tools that convert.
You’ll join a Product Marketing team that partners closely with Product and works as a growth engine across the org, which means your work will focus on a specific product portfolio. If you’re energized by market insight, driven by outcomes, and genuinely curious about how AI can make go-to-market smarter and faster, we’d love to hear from you.
Own positioning and messaging. Partner with Product and Marketing to develop positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas and clearly articulate how we solve our buyers’ problems.
Be the market intelligence expert. Know our buyers: who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Document the buyer’s journey and drive changes to sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
Own the competitive landscape. Be the expert on our competition: what they do today, where they’re headed and how we win against them.
Close the loop on customer feedback. Synthesize signals from sales, customer success, win/loss, and product usage into structured input for Product, turning what buyers tell us into sharper product-market fit and a stronger innovation pipeline.
Plan and drive launches. Lead go-to-market for net-new products and releases of existing ones, managing the cross-functional implementation from plan through launch.
Enable sales. Train our sales channels on the problems we solve, build the internal tools and external collateral they need (battlecards, pitch narratives, objection handling), and teach them how and when to use it.
Empower customer success. Train our support channels on the products we build, how they work, the tools and resources available to them (internal FAQs, product documentation, customer lyrics), and how to answer common customer questions.
Build and measure demand programs. Work with Marketing to develop programs that support retention and acquisition, then track effectiveness and report back on what’s working and what needs to change.
Drive internal alignment and readiness. Keep Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success working from the same view of our strategy, priorities, and positioning, so the org moves in sync as the market and roadmap shift.
Act as an external thought leader and evangelist. Represent FMG innovation and the products you support through speaking engagements and written work.
Document and systematize. Build the institutional knowledge that makes GTM faster over time: messaging frameworks, launch playbooks, and repeatable templates.
Lean into AI. We expect this role to use AI tools actively, both for your own productivity (research, drafting, competitive synthesis, launch prep) and for finding opportunities to apply AI-assisted workflows across go-to-market. You don’t need to be an AI engineer but you should be both fluent for daily use and genuinely curious about where AI creates leverage and willing to experiment.

Owns product positioning, messaging, and packaging to drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
Leads organic search strategy and CRO initiatives across client portfolios, managing technical SEO, analytics, and AI-powered optimization while collaborating across media and engineering teams.
Position Overview
space150 exists to put brands on the forefront of culture and technology, to help them keep up, get ahead and stand out. We destroy convention to create demand. space150 is looking for a person to help us maintain and grow our position as a future-forward digital agency by leading the evolution of marketing website visibility for humans, search engines, and LLMs. You’ll be the agency’s senior authority on organic search across a client roster that spans regulated med-tech, DTC ecommerce, and national consumer brands. You’ll set strategy, own technical SEO, collaborate with paid media for a holistic paid + organic view, measure the impact of brand shifts on demand and performance, present to clients, and help our new-business team sell search as a capability.
We’re also looking for someone whose thinking doesn’t stop at the SERP. The best organic programs we’ve run were the ones where the same person could follow a session from impression through to conversion, spot where the site was leaking qualified traffic, and design a test to fix it. If you’ve built that muscle across SEO, web analytics, and CRO, this role is designed for you.
And we’re looking for someone who has already rewired how they work around AI. Not “familiar with AI tools.” We mean you reach for a model the way you reach for a spreadsheet, to crawl and classify at a scale a human can’t, to turn a 40,000-URL export into a prioritized Jira backlog in an afternoon, to draft, critique, and pressure-test your own recommendations before a client ever sees them. Search itself is being rebuilt by these systems; the person leading our organic practice should be fluent in them from the inside, not just reading about what they’re doing to the SERP. This is the single biggest force multiplier available to a practitioner in this discipline right now, and we want someone who treats it that way.
You’ll join senior, accountable teams with media, analytics, and engineering in-house at space150 and collaborate directly with clients and other partners.
Primary Functions

That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Executive Content & Experiences team builds trusted relationships with leaders shaping the global economy. We design high-impact programs—including executive briefings, advisory boards, flagship convenings at Davos, and executive programming at Stripe Sessions—to bring Stripe’s strategy to life. Beyond delivering premier high-touch moments, we turn leadership insights into actionable intelligence that directly informs Stripe’s narratives, product, and go-to-market direction.
We are looking for a rock star product marketer to translate Stripe’s most complex technology and strategy into compelling, executive-ready narratives and scalable sales motions. In this role, you will lead the content strategy and enablement engine that powers our highest-stakes executive moments—from global Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) to bespoke leadership workshops. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Executive Engagement, you will equip Stripe leaders, account teams, and event hosts to clearly articulate Stripe as the complete financial infrastructure for the internet.
A crisp storyteller, strategic thinker, and enablement innovator. You are a sharp, driven problem-solver with a relentless bias for action—someone who isn’t afraid to get scrappy and is energized by building new capabilities for growing teams. You excel at taking deep technical complexity—like global payments infrastructure and financial software—and turning it into elegant, high-impact stories for C-suite audiences. You understand how executive sales motions work and know how to build repeatable systems, scalable tools, and AI-driven workflows that elevate an entire organization’s narrative capabilities.
