About the Role

FMG’s Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can make our products “fly off the shelf”: someone who understands what makes a product valuable and can tell the market about it in a way that drives real results.

You’ll be the connective tissue between product strategy and the sales and marketing tactics that turn strategy into growth. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and launches and you’ll be the product evangelist who equips our sales channels to win.

You’ll know our competitors as well as they know themselves, and our buyers better than they know themselves. You back insight with market evidence, not guesswork, and translate it into messaging that resonates and sales tools that convert.

You’ll join a Product Marketing team that partners closely with Product and works as a growth engine across the org, which means your work will focus on a specific product portfolio. If you’re energized by market insight, driven by outcomes, and genuinely curious about how AI can make go-to-market smarter and faster, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation This position offers $135,000-$145,000, depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

Own positioning and messaging. Partner with Product and Marketing to develop positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas and clearly articulate how we solve our buyers’ problems.

Be the market intelligence expert. Know our buyers: who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Document the buyer’s journey and drive changes to sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

Own the competitive landscape. Be the expert on our competition: what they do today, where they’re headed and how we win against them.

Close the loop on customer feedback. Synthesize signals from sales, customer success, win/loss, and product usage into structured input for Product, turning what buyers tell us into sharper product-market fit and a stronger innovation pipeline.

Plan and drive launches. Lead go-to-market for net-new products and releases of existing ones, managing the cross-functional implementation from plan through launch.

Enable sales. Train our sales channels on the problems we solve, build the internal tools and external collateral they need (battlecards, pitch narratives, objection handling), and teach them how and when to use it.

Empower customer success. Train our support channels on the products we build, how they work, the tools and resources available to them (internal FAQs, product documentation, customer lyrics), and how to answer common customer questions.

Build and measure demand programs. Work with Marketing to develop programs that support retention and acquisition, then track effectiveness and report back on what’s working and what needs to change.

Drive internal alignment and readiness. Keep Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success working from the same view of our strategy, priorities, and positioning, so the org moves in sync as the market and roadmap shift.

Act as an external thought leader and evangelist. Represent FMG innovation and the products you support through speaking engagements and written work.

Document and systematize. Build the institutional knowledge that makes GTM faster over time: messaging frameworks, launch playbooks, and repeatable templates.

Lean into AI. We expect this role to use AI tools actively, both for your own productivity (research, drafting, competitive synthesis, launch prep) and for finding opportunities to apply AI-assisted workflows across go-to-market. You don’t need to be an AI engineer but you should be both fluent for daily use and genuinely curious about where AI creates leverage and willing to experiment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role (delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills you can prove what is (or isn’t) working with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; a strong public speaker comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
  • Comfortable with collaboration and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Hubspot) and analytics tool (Amplitude).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or marketing technology; you understand the landscape our customers operate in.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating as priorities shift.
  • A genuine orientation toward innovation: you actively look for ways to make GTM scale, not just move faster.
  • AI fluency. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work. Not occasionally, but daily. You prompt effectively, evaluate output critically, and think about how AI can drive scale and innovation across go-to-market workflows. You should be able to articulate where AI creates leverage in product marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA a plus.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or higher.

At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences. We strive to foster an environment that allows everyone to contribute to our mission in their unique ways. With the belief that diversity propels innovation, we are continually finding ways to cultivate a commitment to inclusion in our employees, services, and products, as well as in the communities in which we live and work.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, and genetic information.  If you require accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact [email protected].

  • Stay ahead of AI adoption, buyer trends, and the competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities and insights that shape product, go-to-market, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product to turn complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that connect individual features to the broader CallRail platform and customer value.
  • Analyze customer, product, and sales data to uncover patterns, define segments, size opportunities, and recommend where and how we should go to market.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, by collecting and synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to uncover needs and influence product and GTM strategy.
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and GTM strategies, then scale what works.
  • Enable Sales and Support with the messaging, training, and tools they need to clearly communicate customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, aligning cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence analyzing competitor’s offerings to identify potential gaps, opportunities to differentiate, and contribute to CallRail’s competitive intelligence.
  • Represent CallRail as an external thought leader through speaking engagements, written content, and industry conversations.

What You’ll Need

  • BBS/BA and 7+ years experience in strategic marketing or product marketing, ideally within MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS. Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Deep, proven expertise in market research, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track record of leading product & feature launches and GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue and adoption.
  • Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to cut through complexity, identify what matters most, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Operate effectively in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
  • Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Looker experience is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to challenge assumptions, align teams, and shape decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment, with the ability to independently balance competing priorities and focus on the work that will have the greatest impact.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Marketing SEO & CRO Manager at space150

Leads organic search strategy and CRO initiatives across client portfolios, managing technical SEO, analytics, and AI-powered optimization while collaborating across media and engineering teams.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Position Overview

space150 exists to put brands on the forefront of culture and technology, to help them keep up, get ahead and stand out. We destroy convention to create demand. space150 is looking for a person to help us maintain and grow our position as a future-forward digital agency by leading the evolution of marketing website visibility for humans, search engines, and LLMs. You’ll be the agency’s senior authority on organic search across a client roster that spans regulated med-tech, DTC ecommerce, and national consumer brands. You’ll set strategy, own technical SEO, collaborate with paid media for a holistic paid + organic view, measure the impact of brand shifts on demand and performance, present to clients, and help our new-business team sell search as a capability.

We’re also looking for someone whose thinking doesn’t stop at the SERP. The best organic programs we’ve run were the ones where the same person could follow a session from impression through to conversion, spot where the site was leaking qualified traffic, and design a test to fix it. If you’ve built that muscle across SEO, web analytics, and CRO, this role is designed for you.

And we’re looking for someone who has already rewired how they work around AI. Not “familiar with AI tools.” We mean you reach for a model the way you reach for a spreadsheet, to crawl and classify at a scale a human can’t, to turn a 40,000-URL export into a prioritized Jira backlog in an afternoon, to draft, critique, and pressure-test your own recommendations before a client ever sees them. Search itself is being rebuilt by these systems; the person leading our organic practice should be fluent in them from the inside, not just reading about what they’re doing to the SERP. This is the single biggest force multiplier available to a practitioner in this discipline right now, and we want someone who treats it that way.

You’ll join senior, accountable teams with media, analytics, and engineering in-house at space150 and collaborate directly with clients and other partners.

Primary Functions

Organic search strategy & execution

  • Own organic search strategy end to end for a portfolio of clients: technical audits, information architecture, on-page optimization, internal linking, content roadmaps, and measurement.
  • Run technical SEO diagnostics and translate them into prioritized, developer-ready backlogs. Partner with space150’s engineering and web teams or client-assigned engineering teams to implement fixes.
  • Develop keyword and topic strategy grounded in commercial intent and search demand, not volume for its own sake.
  • Build and own a point of view on AI search visibility (AI Overviews, LLM citation, AEO/GEO). Advise clients on what’s changing, what’s measurable, and what’s noise.
  • Manage the organic search tool stack and make the case for what we license.

Analytics & measurement

  • Own organic performance measurement: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Looker Studio, and server-side/GTM tagging where organic conversion tracking is involved.
  • Build reporting that connects organic visibility to business outcomes (qualified leads, revenue, LTV), not just rankings and sessions.
  • Partner with our analytics team on cross-channel attribution questions, especially where organic and paid search overlap.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Audit conversion paths on client sites and identify friction between organic landing and conversion.
  • Design and run experiments (A/B, multivariate, UX) in partnership with our UX, creative, and development teams.
  • Advise on messaging, CTAs, form design, and content placement based on behavioral data.
  • Bring a testing discipline to the work: clear hypotheses, honest reads, documented learnings including the losses.

Working with AI

  • Use frontier AI platforms as core daily infrastructure. We’re deep users of Claude and Claude Code, Gemini, and the OpenAI stack, and we’re deliberately platform-agnostic, we care far less about which model you prefer than about what you’ve gotten it to do.
  • Build your own tooling. Crawl parsing, log file analysis, SERP and citation monitoring, structured data validation, GSC and GA4 pulls, competitive tracking, QA sweeps across hundreds of templates, if it’s repetitive, we expect you to automate it rather than budget hours for it. Comfort in a terminal, with an API, or with an agentic coding tool matters more here than a CS degree.
  • Verify relentlessly. You know where these systems hallucinate, you spot-check numbers, and you never put a figure in front of a client you can’t trace back to source.
  • Raise the floor for the team. Share prompts, workflows, and tools you build internally. Help set the standard for how AI is used responsibly across client work, including where client data and regulated content mean it can’t be used at all.
  • Bring a practitioner’s read on where this goes next. As LLMs become a discovery surface in their own right, you’ll help clients  figure out what “visibility” means when the answer never renders a blue link.

Client leadership & new business

  • Serve as the senior organic search voice in client meetings. Present findings, defend recommendations, and handle pushback with credibility.
  • Contribute to pitches, RFP responses, and scoping. Help us package and price SEO, GEO, and CRO as sellable services.
  • Establish the internal standards, templates, and QA process for organic work agency-wide.

Expertise & Experience

  • 6–10 years in SEO and/or CRO, with a meaningful share of that in an agency or multi-brand environment.

  • Website Technical: structured data, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals, site migrations, indexation troubleshooting, CMS and Front-End Literacy

  • Analytics/Tagging: Fluent GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, must have bonus -  SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or PowerBI and Shopify

  • Software Lifecycle tooling a big plus for integration with our engineering team (Git workflows, PR process, etc)

  • CRO: experiment design, sample size and significance, and the tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, or similar

  • SEO: Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center

At space150, we are committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. The salary range for this role is based on numerous factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

In addition to base compensation, space150 offers a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited paid time off, including generous vacation
  • Life Insurance (basic, voluntary & AD&D)
  • Family Leave (parental leave)
  • Short & Long Term Disability
  • Hybrid Work Environment (Tuesdays & Thursdays in office)

Marketing PMM, Executive Content & Experiences at Stripe

Product marketer develops executive-ready narratives, sales enablement frameworks, and thought leadership content to drive high-stakes business engagements and executive briefings.

Senior Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Executive Content & Experiences team builds trusted relationships with leaders shaping the global economy. We design high-impact programs—including executive briefings, advisory boards, flagship convenings at Davos, and executive programming at Stripe Sessions—to bring Stripe’s strategy to life. Beyond delivering premier high-touch moments, we turn leadership insights into actionable intelligence that directly informs Stripe’s narratives, product, and go-to-market direction.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a rock star product marketer to translate Stripe’s most complex technology and strategy into compelling, executive-ready narratives and scalable sales motions. In this role, you will lead the content strategy and enablement engine that powers our highest-stakes executive moments—from global Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) to bespoke leadership workshops. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Executive Engagement, you will equip Stripe leaders, account teams, and event hosts to clearly articulate Stripe as the complete financial infrastructure for the internet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Thought Leadership Narratives: Craft tailored, point-of-view-driven narratives and presentations for executive-level meetings, advisory boards, and Tier-1 convenings.
  • Drive Executive Briefing Center Enablement: Develop and scale sales enablement frameworks, messaging toolkits, and prep materials to empower account teams to lead impactful executive briefings.
  • Build Scalable Workshop Motions: Architect and scale interactive whiteboarding and workshop frameworks that simplify complex product architectures and showcase Stripe as a complete financial infrastructure.
  • Curate Executive Demo Library: Build, maintain, and package an executive-ready demo library—repurposing existing product assets into high-touch formats designed specifically for executive experiences.
  • Lead Speaker Training & Certification: Create and scale a formal speaker training and certification program to prepare Stripe executives and technical subject matter experts for high-profile speaking roles and EBC engagements.
  • Scale Content via AI: Design and deploy AI agents and workflows to automate content generation, personalize executive materials, and streamline enablement at scale.

Who you are

A crisp storyteller, strategic thinker, and enablement innovator. You are a sharp, driven problem-solver with a relentless bias for action—someone who isn’t afraid to get scrappy and is energized by building new capabilities for growing teams. You excel at taking deep technical complexity—like global payments infrastructure and financial software—and turning it into elegant, high-impact stories for C-suite audiences. You understand how executive sales motions work and know how to build repeatable systems, scalable tools, and AI-driven workflows that elevate an entire organization’s narrative capabilities.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or executive enablement experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven track record building executive-level narratives and high-touch customer workshop motions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing sales enablement programs, speaker training, or certification frameworks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to and prepping C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree
