Job Title: Marketplace Operations Manager II
Job Location (Remote): Remote, USA
About the Company
Wheel is evolving the traditional care ecosystem by equipping the nation’s most innovative companies with a premier platform to deliver high-quality virtual care at scale. We offer proven strategies and cutting-edge technologies to foster consumer engagement, build brand loyalty, and maximize return on investment. Wheel solutions include configurable virtual care programs, an intuitive consumer interface, and access to a nationwide network of board-certified clinicians. Discover how Wheel is transforming the future of healthcare by visiting www.wheel.com.
We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager II to own visit delivery for a defined set of Wheel’s client programs. This is an operator’s role for someone who wants day-to-day ownership of critical business outcomes - and can carry that accountability even when some levers live with peer functions. You’ll take on the complex, ambiguous problems that come with scaling a fast-growing telehealth marketplace - from stabilizing a roster through demand volatility, to leading cross-functional projects that shape how Marketplace Operations scales next.
You will own the visit delivery SLA commitments, program-level consult cost performance, and the roster health for your clients. Separate functions on the team own overall clinician supply forecasting, clinician performance management, and scheduling - freeing you up to optimize their use within your programs.
This is a role for someone who wants to run marketplace operations for key clients end-to-end: launching and configuring new client programs, writing the operational playbooks your programs run on, and deploying incentive spend within guardrails - while trusting peer functions to own adjacent responsibilities in order for you to maintain a singular, maniacal focus on client performance.
Program Performance and Delivery
Own marketplace performance outcomes (contractual and otherwise) for your assigned client programs: SLA attainment, program-level clinician pay cost, and roster/staffing health.
Own roster composition and staffing strategy for your programs, building and adjusting rosters to ensure SLA through client growth, churn, and short-term volatility.
Own operational data analytics and reporting for your programs - pulling and interrogating utilization, breach-pattern, and profitability data yourself and turning it into recommendations and actions
Own the operating rhythm and upward performance visibility for your programs: recurring performance reviews of SLA, utilization, and cost that turns into actions.
Partner with the Capacity Planner to understand near-term volatility and how it may affect client demand (ie demand surges, modality changes, etc) and own the operational response for your programs (escalation thresholds, incentive levers, roster mix) to keep the program on track.
Cost and Incentives
Optimize program-level clinician pay cost and deploy consult incentive spend within a defined budget.
Own the cost plan for your programs and be accountable to variance - partner with the Director of Marketplace on expected cost-per-consult, and keep your lever costs calibrated so you know how to deploy your incentives appropriately.
Real-Time Response and Agent Oversight
Author the real-time escalation and response playbook your programs run on: thresholds, approved corrective actions, escalation triggers. Real-time monitoring and AI agents execute against the playbook you write, and you refine how they act on your programs as their capabilities grow.
Review how the agents act on your programs - audit their decisions for quality, catch policy drift or mistakes early, and feed corrections back into the playbook and the agent logic. You’re the human-in-the-loop that keeps automated responses trustworthy on your book.
Partner with clinician management peers to relay clinician performance observations that impact your programs and to identify roster improvements that will drive your client performance.
Client Launches and Partnership
Partner with Customer Success as the operational counterpart on the client’s commercial relationship - supporting quarterly business reviews and the real-world story behind client performance.
Own launch supply-readiness with Provider Operations and the Capacity Planner - ensuring clinicians are credentialed, licensed, and activated in the right states, at the volume the program needs, before go-live.
Lead new-client implementation - configuration and setup - as part of cross functional onboarding teams, and own expansions for programs you already run.
Support strategic projects across Marketplace Operations as they arise.
An operator with experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments - someone who digs into the details to find root cause, spots broken or inefficient processes, and builds the fix rather than just flagging the problem.
Experience owning end-to-end operational performance in a marketplace, logistics, or two-sided platform environment (delivery, rideshare, staffing, workforce management) - direct accountability for SLA, throughput, or cost.
Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day program performance to the bigger picture - you can zoom out from a single roster or escalation to spot the pattern worth fixing structurally, and zoom back in to execute it.
A strong cross-functional partner and team player - you know how to work through peer teams and different personalities to drive your program’s outcomes, even when you don’t own every lever yourself.
Strong data fluency. You pull and interrogate your own SLA, completion, utilization, and cost-to-plan data and drive decisions from it - hands-on with SQL, Looker, and Excel - rather than waiting for someone to translate it for you.
A direct, clear communicator who authors and revises the procedures your programs run on - escalation playbooks, response plans, launch runbooks - rather than only following ones someone else wrote.
Don’t let these stand in your way—they’re just added bonuses! If you meet most of the core requirements, we encourage you to apply.
Exposure to multi-state licensure, credentialing, or other regulated-workforce dynamics.
Experience launching or configuring new client programs in a marketplace or platform business.
Healthcare, telehealth, or regulated-workforce experience.
Marketplace or platform experience.
Pay Range: $122,075- $155,000 plus equity
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.

Wheel is committed to equal employment opportunities for all team members. Every decision we make regarding employment is solely based on merit, competence, and performance. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.

Manages IT infrastructure, endpoints, and business systems for a remote workforce while partnering with security on compliance and automation.
Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises, sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we’re entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business.
As an IT & Business Systems Manager, you’ll independently own IT and Business Systems for DataGrail, including endpoints, applications, and day-to-day operations for our team — operating with significant autonomy and shaping how the function runs, Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll be the face of technology for DataGrail’s employees, the first call when something breaks, and the person building the automated, self-service systems that let the company scale without scaling manual support. You’ll partner closely with Security to build the controls DataGrail needs for ISO compliance, with real ownership over how this function evolves — and you’ll extend the security engineering function’s execution capacity, partnering hands-on across day-to-day security workstreams rather than simply implementing controls handed down from Security.
This is a chance to take a function in transition and build it into something modern: moving IT from reactive support to an automated, self-service operation, partnering directly with Security on ISO compliance, and growing the scope of the role as DataGrail scales.
Please note that the base compensation range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Our compensation ranges apply to all US-based job postings regardless of state.
All full-time regular employees are eligible for equity, health, dental & vision insurance plans, remote-first working environment, 401k savings plan, parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible time off, paid holidays, and a work from home stipend. Benefits are subject to change.
Compensation Range
$130,000—$175,000 USD

Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.
About the Department
The Infrastructure Engineering team builds and scales Cloudflare’s global network, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across hundreds of cities worldwide. Within Infrastructure Operations, the Hardware Integration group acts as the bridge between engineering designs and physical deployment, overseeing key third-party manufacturing partnerships, hardware quality, and supply chain logistics to keep our expanding footprint running seamlessly.
Role Summary
As a Rack Integration Operations Engineer, you will serve as a technical quality gatekeeper and operational partner across Cloudflare’s hardware build programs. Working collaboratively within the Infrastructure Engineering and Strategy teams, you will bridge the gap between engineering specifications and external contract manufacturing partners.
In this role, you will ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, optimize materials planning, track partner performance, and actively modernise internal operations by building light, AI-enabled automations to streamline repetitive workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure BOM Accuracy: Review and validate complex BOMs prior to release to integration partners, proactively identifying part substitutions, spec mismatches, and potential build blockers.
Bridge Engineering & Production: Partner closely with hardware design engineers to resolve design change requests (DCRs) and BOM discrepancies throughout the build lifecycle.
Maintain Technical Quality Standards: Leverage functional expertise across rack-level power, networking, server, and firmware architectures to evaluate build compliance against Cloudflare specifications.
Support Materials Planning: Contribute to demand forecasting and materials planning for rack build programs, aligning partner capacity with component lead times.
Coordinate Supply Chain Logistics: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for components and finished racks between partners and Cloudflare sites through to final shipment.
Drive Partner Execution: Serve as an operational point of contact for external hardware integration partners regarding build progress, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Track SLAs & Quality Metrics: Contribute to vendor scorecards and KPI tracking across build quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency; lead root-cause analyses for recurring defects.
Maintain Program Visibility: Track hardware build cycles in Jira, leading documentation, status check-ins, and project closeouts alongside cross-functional teammates.
Automate Operational Workflows: Identify manual, repetitive tasks across BOM reviews, reporting, and partner tracking, using AI tools and LLM prompt engineering to streamline processes.
Analyze Performance Data: Evaluate spend, build timelines, and quality trends using AI-assisted analysis tools to surface actionable operational insights.
Build Shared Tooling: Develop, document, and maintain sustainable, lightweight automation scripts and workflows for adoption across the broader team.
Qualifications
Vendor & Manufacturing Experience: Professional background managing hardware vendor or contract manufacturing (EMS/ODM) relationships, including BOM validation, quality tracking, and schedule management.
Hardware & BOM Proficiency: Practical ability to evaluate rack-level technical specifications (power distribution, networking, server hardware, firmware) to ensure manufacturing compliance.
Program Management Discipline: Hands-on experience managing operational workflows in Jira, with a track record of tracking and reporting on team KPIs and SLAs.
Applied AI & Automation Skills: Practical experience using AI tools or LLMs to automate concrete workflows, optimize reporting, or perform data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and external partner teams.
Background in data center infrastructure hardware (servers, network switches, rPDUs, enterprise cabling).
Experience writing lightweight scripts (Python, Google Apps Script, or similar) paired with AI developer tools.
Familiarity with global hardware supply chain and logistics operations.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day operational engine of Pendulum’s Revenue Operations team, ensuring every channel runs with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, this person will own the execution and operational infrastructure across Amazon, third-party marketplaces, retail, MAP compliance, and our growing HCP (Healthcare Practitioner) sales channel. You will drive cross-functional alignment, support building scalable processes, and ensure that each channel operates with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally strategic and hands-on - comfortable designing systems and getting into the details to make them work.
Amazon & Marketplace Operations
Own day-to-day Amazon channel operations including catalog integrity, listing maintenance, content updates, and case management, ensuring a best-in-class brand presence on the platform.
Lead promotional planning and execution across Amazon and third-party marketplaces: manage deal submissions, coupon activations, Lightning Deal requests, and post-promotion reporting.
Monitor inventory health, partner with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs, and proactively flag stockout or overstock risks to leadership.
Drive the operational launch of new marketplace channels, building onboarding checklists, managing item setup, and configuring platform portals from initiation through go-live.
Own product listing quality across third-party marketplace platforms, ensuring content accuracy, pricing alignment, and brand consistency at scale.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across listings and fulfillment workflows to drive channel efficiency.
MAP Compliance & Unauthorized Reseller Enforcement
Own MAP compliance and unauthorized reseller enforcement programs across all online channels, ensuring consistent price integrity and brand protection.
Manage Trackstreet and internal monitoring tools to proactively identify violations across platforms, maintain enforcement logs, and report on compliance trends.
Lead seller outreach and remediation efforts, coordinating directly with unauthorized sellers and escalating to legal or platform partners as needed.
Develop and maintain enforcement SOPs and escalation frameworks to ensure a consistent, scalable approach to MAP and reseller issues as Pendulum grows.
Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and legal team on policy updates, platform enforcement actions, and strategic decisions related to brand protection.
Retail Operations & Partner Execution
Execute the full operational workflow for retail partner onboarding, including completing new item setup forms and managing retailer vendor portals.
Process and track purchase orders across retail accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment in alignment with retailer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records across retailer portals, item catalogs, and compliance documentation for current and future retail partners.
Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain on retail execution needs and timelines, flagging issues to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations as they arise.
Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for routine retailer and wholesale partner inquiries, coordinating responses internally and escalating as needed.
Follow and help maintain SOPs and playbooks for retail operations, flagging opportunities to improve or update processes as new partners are onboarded.
HCP Sales Operational Support
Partner with the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and HCP Sales leadership to build the operational infrastructure required to support and scale Pendulum’s Healthcare Practitioner channel.
Design and implement systems, workflows, and tools that enable the HCP sales team to operate efficiently — including order management processes, partner onboarding workflows, and sales support documentation.
Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure HCP-specific operational needs (pricing, fulfillment, materials) are met and scalable.
Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks within the HCP channel and develop solutions that enable the sales team to focus on growth rather than process friction.
Build and maintain SOPs and enablement resources that support a consistent and professional experience for HCP partners.
Required
2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a related multi-channel operations function.
Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management, advertising programs, and performance reporting.
Strong analytical skills — proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, or similar) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional workflows, SOPs, and operational infrastructure in a fast-scaling environment.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and drive them to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and external partners.
Preferred
Familiarity with MAP enforcement tools (e.g., Trackstreet) and unauthorized seller programs.
Familiarity with EDI systems, vendor portals, and retail partner onboarding workflows.
Experience supporting or building operational infrastructure for a B2B or HCP/medical sales channel.
Experience in consumer health, wellness, or CPG industries.
Exposure to cold-chain or refrigerated product logistics.
In the first year, success means that:
Amazon, marketplace, and retail operations run with high reliability — minimal compliance issues, clean catalogs, and consistent performance reporting delivered on time.
The HCP channel has a clear operational foundation: defined workflows, reporting, and support infrastructure that allows the sales team to scale without operational friction.
MAP compliance is proactive, not reactive — violations are caught early, enforcement is consistent, and brand integrity is protected across channels.
New marketplace and retail partners are onboarded smoothly, with cross-functional teams aligned and execution hitting milestones on schedule.
The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations can rely on this role to own execution across channels, surface issues proactively, and bring solutions — not just problems.
You are recognized across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing as a high-accountability, operationally excellent partner.

Manages founder's calendar, email, meetings, and administrative tasks while supporting fundraising and investor relationship coordination for an early-stage AI startup.
FreedUp is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Orderly AI, an early-stage AI startup currently raising its seed round. The founder is juggling fundraising, investor and VC networking, product marketing, and customer-facing work — and needs everything that isn’t fundraising, networking, or selling taken off his plate.
This role starts on lower-agency, clearly-scoped tasks (calendar management, follow-ups, meeting prep, drafted-not-sent emails) with the expectation that trust and scope grow quickly as the assistant proves reliable. The founder has never worked with an assistant before, so this person should be comfortable building context fast, working independently, and earning delegation of higher-agency tasks over time rather than waiting to be handed them.
This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong written communication, organizational excellence, and accountability.
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $1,000 - $1,700 per month (based on experience)
Calendar Management: Own scheduling across a high volume of virtual and in-person meetings — VC meetings, networking, demos, and customer onboarding calls.
Follow-Up & Relationship Tracking: Keep track of the “endless web of conversations” — who’s owed a follow-up, who needs an introduction, and make sure nothing is dropped.
Meeting Prep: Prepare the founder for VC meetings, customer calls, and networking conversations.
Email Support: Draft emails and messages on the founder’s behalf based on quick verbal direction, with a review-before-send step on anything sensitive (e.g., investor communications).
Investor Updates: Support drafting and coordinating monthly investor updates.
Light Personal/Business Admin: Take on ad hoc admin and logistics as trust builds — this may expand over time as the founder gets comfortable delegating.
