Product Senior Technical Product Manager: Infrastructure and Platforms at Alpaca

Owns product definition and roadmap for internal infrastructure and platform, prioritizing DevOps and engineering team needs at scale.

Senior Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are:

Alpaca is a US-headquartered, global leader in agent-first brokerage infrastructure for stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, fixed income, 24⁄5 trading, and more.

Amongst our subsidiaries, Alpaca is a licensed financial services company, serving hundreds of financial institutions across 40 countries with our institutional-grade APIs. This includes broker-dealers, investment advisors, wealth managers, hedge funds, and crypto exchanges, totalling over 10 million brokerage accounts.

Our global team is a diverse group of experienced engineers, traders, and brokerage professionals who are working to achieve our mission of opening financial services to everyone on the planet. We’re deeply committed to open-source contributions and fostering a vibrant community, continuously enhancing our award-winning, developer-friendly API and the robust infrastructure behind it.

Alpaca is proudly backed by $400 million in funding from top-tier global investors including Portage Ventures, Spark Capital, Tribe Capital, Social Leverage, Horizons Ventures, Opera Tech Ventures, SBI Group, Derayah Financial, Unbound, Peak XV, Elefund, and Y Combinator.

Our Team Members:

We’re a dynamic team of 400+ globally distributed members who thrive working from our favorite places around the world, with teammates spanning the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, the UK, and beyond!

We’re searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca’s rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role

Build Alpaca’s internal infrastructure and developer platform as a product. You own the product definition and platform maturity strategy, the intake, the backlog, and the multi-quarter roadmap for Platform & Infrastructure, and you put the rails in place so DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams, and the customers know what to prioritize next. Partnering directly with the VP of Engineering.

Alpaca is building infrastructure for programmable finance at global scale: new countries, global markets, products that must stay centralized, and products that must be deployable in any region. This seat exists so that work has a product owner — platform maturity, CI/CD, cost efficiency and attribution, and the infrastructure dependencies that product engineering keeps discovering too late.

Things You Get To Do

Own infrastructure as a product. Define and evolve a platform maturity model in the open. Internal customers are Alpaca engineers. The north star matches the Platform & Infrastructure charter: self-serve infrastructure on paved golden paths – any engineer can build, ship, authenticate, observe, and scale a service without filing a ticket. You are the product owner for Foundational Infrastructure inside the TPM team: efficiency ( cost attribution / chargeback) and the KPIs that prove the platform is getting easier to consume ( full CI/CD delivery and adoption).

Build the rails for monthly delivery. Teams already carve capacity for on-call, support, and upgrades. What remains is discovery and delivery. You make the next pull from a living roadmap obvious. You keep the central backlog and intake sane. You surface platform and infrastructure dependencies before they become surprises on someone else’s roadmap.

Drive platform maturity until maintenance windows disappear. Short term you will feel the pain of coordinating maintenance windows, runbooks, and market-hours constraints — because you cannot eliminate what you have not operated. The goal is 24⁄7 deployability across open and closed markets, globally.

Make the cost a first-class product surface. Work with infrastructure engineering and Finance on attribution, chargeback, and efficiency. This requires technical judgment: you have to understand why a node, a database, or a pipeline costs what it costs. Cost is one program, not the whole job.

Raise CI/CD and developer-platform adoption. Full CI/CD delivery and adoption is a stated KPI for this seat. Partner with DevOps App (ArgoCD, service mesh, API gateway) and Platform (AuthX, event streaming, DevEx) so golden paths get used, not documented and ignored.

Make infrastructure portable for global scale. Distinguish what must stay centralized to serve all of Alpaca from what must be packaged and deployable in new markets Alpaca will expand to.

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

  • 7+ years as a TPM, product manager technical, or equivalent, with a substantial portion of that time owning infrastructure, platform or developer experience.
  • You have owned a multi-team backlog, intake, and roadmap, and you have run a planning cadence that teams actually use.
  • You are technically fluent to be an equal partner to senior/staff engineers on compute infra, deployment pipelines (CI/CD), data stores, networking, and cost drivers. While you do not need to write production Terraform; you do need to know when a proposal is hand-wavy.
  • You get things done without a reporting line. You have influenced platform adoption across many teams.
  • You write and operate with crisp scope. You can say what this role does not own and still leave no gap.
  • You have worked in a market-hours-sensitive or regulated production environment, or another domain where deploy windows, change risk, and customer trust are real constraints.
  • You use AI and automation to remove program toil rather than add tooling.

Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves)

  • You have stood up a platform-maturity model, paved-path program, or internal developer platform.
  • You have eliminated or dramatically reduced maintenance windows or change-freeze culture in a production org.
  • Multi-region or multi-entity infrastructure: packaging a platform so a new region or booking center can be stood up without a hero project.
  • Capital markets, brokerage, or other FinTech infrastructure.

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card

Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

Product Senior Product Manager (AI CICD) at Chainguard

Senior Product Manager drives vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new AI CI/CD product built for code-writing agents, including 0→1 product development and design partner engagement.

Senior Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk.

Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake.

Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital.

Senior Product Manager, AI CI/CD

The role, in a nutshell:

Chainguard secures the software supply chain, and we’re standing up a new team to build a new product inside it.

Agents now write a large and growing share of the world’s code, and they inherited a CI system designed for humans who push a few times a day. Write, push, wait in a queue, reinstall the same toolchain, scrape the logs, try again. Agents iterate far more often than people do, so they feel every minute of that, and the workarounds they’ve grown are worse than the thing they’re working around. We don’t think the fix is a faster version of the CI you already have. We think CI gets rebuilt for agents, and that’s what we’re doing.

The product isn’t launched, so a job post is the wrong place for the details. What we can tell you now: the team is small, the hard technical pieces already run in production inside Chainguard, and you’d be driving the product direction.

What you’ll own:

  • Strategy and roadmap. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product. Decide what we build first, what comes next, and what we’re not going to do.
  • 0→1 product work. Take this from a system that works for us to a product customers buy and use. Bring structure to problems that don’t have any yet, make the tradeoff calls, and get things in front of users before they feel finished.
  • How agents actually build software. Go deep on how developers and their agents write, test, review, and ship code today, including the parts nobody blogs about. Most of what’s written about agentic development is aspirational. You’ll work from what people really do.
  • Design partners. Find the teams whose agent fleets are big enough to hurt, get the product into their hands early, and turn what they tell you into priorities.
  • Developer experience. Adoption is the whole game here. Own how the product gets tried, configured, and lived with, so a team can move onto it without running a migration project.
  • Launch. Positioning, naming, docs, the pricing model, and the story, with Product Marketing and the rest of Product. You’re also the person who says when it’s ready.
  • Cross-functional leadership. Partner with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and other Product leaders, and keep a small team pointed at the same thing while the space shifts underneath it.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience on developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products.
  • You’ve built agent tools. Something agents use, or something people use to build with agents: a coding agent, an agent framework or harness, MCP servers, eval systems, or developer tooling meant to be driven by a model instead of a person. This is the requirement that matters most to us.
  • You know CI from the inside. Builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, merge gates, and the specific reasons pipelines end up slow, flaky, and expensive. You should have opinions about why.
  • You don’t need to be a GitHub Actions expert. We’re not building a better Actions, and years of workflow YAML isn’t the experience we’re hiring for. Knowing where it breaks is.
  • Experience taking a technical product from an early idea through launch and iteration.
  • Judgment about what to leave out. A new product dies from doing too much as easily as from doing too little.
  • Comfort with a deeply technical engineering team. You can hold your own in a design discussion and disagree with an engineer about a tradeoff.
  • You talk to developers directly and often, and you can tell the difference between technology people find interesting and a product they’ll actually adopt.
  • You write well. We make decisions in documents here.
  • You can operate on your own in a fast-moving area with no established playbook.

Nice to haves

  • You’ve run coding agents in production at real volume, or built the systems that keep them from breaking things.
  • Experience with developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, or hosted development environments.
  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, registries, or other cloud-native infrastructure.
  • You’ve built security products for developers, and you know how fast a developer abandons one that gets in the way.
  • Experience with products that serve individual developers and large enterprises at the same time.
  • You’ve owned your own team’s CI at some point and hated it.

Product Senior Manager, Product Management at SPINS

Senior product manager sets strategy for AI-powered analytics platform, drives roadmap decisions, and hands-on with sprint execution and client triage.

Senior Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

For over 20 years, SPINS has been a leader in recognizing the transformative power of data in retail. We offer our clients cutting-edge tools to attract attention from a fast-growing segment within the Health & Wellness industry, the values-based consumer. Nearly half of shoppers prioritize products that emphasize wellness, social responsibility, and sustainable practices. SPINS retail consumer insights, analytics, and consulting services give our clients a competitive advantage to increase their share of this growing market. Our data is the most comprehensive and accurate in the industry, allowing clients to power AI models and machine learning algorithms that help them better understand and meet their customers’ needs. At SPINS, behind all of our impressive data is our real differentiator, our people. We pride ourselves on our collaborative, flexible, and communicative culture that puts people at the center of everything we do.

Senior Manager, Product Management

SPINS is looking for a Sr. Manager of Product Management to join the Commercial Applications Team. The Commercial Applications team supports the SPINS Portal, the shared gateway and utility layer that serves all SPINS applications — including Intelligence, Journey, and Foundry.Commercial Applications also just launched SPINS Intelligence, our flagship AI-powered analytics platform serving hundreds of CPG brands, brokers, and retailers. This is a player-coach role. You will set product strategy, align stakeholders, and make prioritization calls — but you will also roll up your sleeves and write stories, triage bugs with clients, review sprint output, and build deep firsthand expertise in the product and data. We need a leader who earns credibility through knowledge and execution, not just title. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong CPG industry acumen and a genuine willingness to dive into the work.

What You Will Do

  • Set Product Strategy — Contribute to the vision and roadmap for SPINS Intelligence and Portal. Balance innovation, commercial impact, and cross-application needs across the business.
  • Drive AI & Automation — Lead where AI, NLP, and automation create real client value — from the Workflow Utilities to natural-language querying to agentic analytics. Make grounded build-vs-partner decisions.
  • Be Hands-On — Write stories, define acceptance criteria, triage client issues, and review sprint deliverables. Model the standard you expect from your team.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution — Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Finance to ship quality product. Drive provisioning, onboarding, and GTM for major launches.
  • Build & Develop the PM Team — Mentor, and develop PMs. Establish operating rhythms, quality standards, and a culture of ownership and honest communication.
  • Engage Clients & Market — Spend real time with brand, broker, and retailer clients to understand workflows and pain points. Translate field insight into product direction.
  • Manage Product Economics — Own KPIs, revenue contribution, COGS, adoption data, and capacity. Build business cases for investment.

What You Bring

  • 6–12+ years in CPG/ product management, 3+ years leading PMs or cross-functional product teams
  • Deep experience building SaaS analytics platforms, data products, or BI solutions — ideally in CPG, retail, or market research
  • Strong CPG industry knowledge: you understand how brands, brokers, and retailers use syndicated data and analytics day-to-day
  • Proven ability to set strategy and also operate hands-on — writing stories, triaging bugs, engaging directly with clients
  • Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities (NLP, workflow automation, recommendations, or similar)
  • Strong technical acumen — comfortable with data pipelines, APIs, Snowflake/GCP, and engineering trade-off discussions
  • Excellent communication: boardroom to backlog, exec presentations to story acceptance criteria
  • Experience with Agile tools and practices (Jira, Pendo, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience with SPINS, IRI/Circana, Nielsen, or similar syndicated data platforms
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI product design
  • Background building portal/platform strategies that unify multiple applications under a shared experience
  • PE-backed or high-growth environment experience

Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000

Product Trafilea: Product Manager AI Personalization

Owns the AI personalization platform roadmap, deploying ML/GenAI use cases and translating business needs into scalable rules logic and APIs across multiple channels.

Senior Posted 2 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: New York, New York, United States

Job description

About Trafilea

Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform for Transformative Brand Growth. We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.

With over $1B+ in cumulative revenue, 12M+ customers, and 500+ talents across 19 countries, we combine technology, growth marketing, and operational excellence to scale purpose-driven, digitally native brands.

We own and operate our own digitally native brands (not an agency), with presence in Walmart, Nordstrom, and Amazon, and a strong global D2C footprint.

Mission

We’re looking for a Product Manager – AI Personalization to own and evolve our TrafiPersonalization Engine, a hybrid platform combining Machine Learning models, Generative AI, and rules-based logic to deliver real-time, cross-channel personalized experiences across our ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership platform role at the intersection of MarTech, ML infrastructure, and Generative AI applications.

Transform behavioral data and product signals into intelligent, scalable personalization that drives CVR, AOV, and retention across PDP, checkout, email, loyalty flows, and beyond.

You’ll partner with Data Science, AI Engineers, CRM, and Growth PMs to define, ship, and scale personalization use cases — from product recommendations to AI-generated messaging and dynamic experiences.

What You’ll Own

AI & Personalization

  • Deploy ML and Generative AI use cases (LLMs, embeddings, prompt-based systems).

  • Design personalized prompts, smart product bundles, dynamic flows, and AI-driven messaging.

  • Define behavioral inputs, decision logic, and fallback strategies.

Architecture & Platform

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the TrafiPersonalization Engine.

  • Translate business needs into rules logic, APIs, event triggers, and scalable data schemas.

  • Ensure real-time personalization across web, CRM, checkout, and lifecycle systems.

Business Impact

  • Partner with Growth teams to launch high-ROI personalization initiatives.

  • Define experimentation scope and KPI tracking (CVR uplift, RPV, CTR, LTV).

  • Enable lifecycle and funnel teams to personalize at scale.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as orchestrator across Engineering, Data Science, CRM, UX, and Analytics.

  • Drive rollout plans, QA strategy, documentation, and adoption.

  • Evangelize personalization strategy across brands and squads.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in personalization, MarTech, or growth tech stacks.

  • Experience working with AI-Gen models, ML systems, recommendation engines, or personalization platforms.

  • Strong understanding of CDPs (Segment, mParticle), behavioral data modeling, and decisioning logic.

  • Experience defining experimentation frameworks and tracking business impact.

  • Systems thinker who can design architecture and execute at feature level.

  • Strong documentation and async communication skills.

  • Experience in multi-brand, fast-paced eCommerce or SaaS environments.

Nice to have: Hands-on familiarity with Segment, Klaviyo, Shopify APIs, Contentful, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.

Why This Role Is Exciting

You’ll build the foundation of AI-driven personalization across global brands — shaping how millions of users experience our ecosystem.

This isn’t incremental optimization.
This is building the personalization engine of the future.

All done!

  • Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.

Product Senior Product Manager, Email Security at Cloudflare

Senior Product Manager owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cloudflare's Email Security product within the Zero Trust Security organization.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Austin, TX | London, UK | Lisbon, Portugal

About the Department

The Product Management team at Cloudflare steers the strategy, roadmap, and execution that powers a faster, more secure internet. As part of the Zero Trust Security organization, our Email Security team is redefining how the enterprise’s most trusted — and most targeted — communication channel gets protected, evolving a platform already trusted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations into a fast, secure pillar natively integrated with Cloudflare’s Zero Trust stack.

About the role

Email remains the most trusted, yet most targeted, communication channel in the enterprise. At Cloudflare, we have a proven email security solution which is trusted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations. We’re looking for an experienced, technical product manager to continue to differentiate our solution in the market, make difficult investment decisions, and own delivering an enterprise-grade email security platform that is fast, secure, and natively integrated with Cloudflare’s Zero Trust stack.

We are seeking an autonomous, determined, and pragmatic individual who possesses strong conviction, humility, and a decisive bias toward action.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining how some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations protect their communication, leading the industry’s shift away from legacy “boxes” toward an AI-first, cloud-native, and identity-aware security posture.

Key responsibilities involve continuously investing in threat intelligence, sustaining current security detection capabilities, rapidly developing features, and expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own Email Security. Architect and own the strategic roadmap for our Email Security solution, ensuring Cloudflare remains the definitive answer to evolving threats like Business Email Compromise (BEC) and advanced phishing.
  • Shape Intelligence and Detections. Work alongside our Threat Intelligence and Detections teams to improve how customers consume, enforce, and understand Cloudflare One. Influence product direction, connect customer needs across the enterprise and own selected initiatives when dedicated leadership will accelerate an important outcome.
  • Support Zero Trust Security. Bolster the seamless integration of Email Security into the broader Cloudflare stack, architecting a “better together” experience that bridges Gateway, CASB, and DLP into a single, powerhouse defense layer.
  • Talk to Customers. Build trust with engineering and sales by rigorously documenting first-hand experiences with internal and external customers.
  • Drive new business. Act as the strategic engine for growth, building the features and competitive differentiators needed to displace legacy incumbents and win the hearts and minds of Global 2000 CISOs.
  • Evangelize the Platform. Use the product daily and serve as a technical and strategic leader, representing the Email Security vision to internal stakeholders, the sales field, and the broader security community.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as product manager, with a proven track record of owning and scaling complex enterprise security products in a high-growth environment.
  • Be customer obsessed. At Cloudflare, we serve the needs of customers large and small, and our product managers need to be comfortable understanding how to design for enterprises without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses.
  • Write Persuasively. The best product managers at Cloudflare are exceptional storytellers. They distill complex ideas into simple ones by using context, empathy, transparency, and evidence.
  • Build with conviction. Demonstrated experience leading with conviction to build products designed to win in a highly competitive market, with a focus on feature differentiation and displacement strategy.
  • Maintain domain knowledge. Comfortable navigating architectural trade-offs with senior engineers regarding mail flow (M365/Google Workspace), cloud infrastructure, and API performance.
  • Have high ownership. Comfortable being accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from high-fidelity PRDs to collaborating with cross-functional teams for global launches.
  • Make data-driven decisions. Ability to leverage complex datasets to build intuitive conviction in your views and effectively persuade others

Bonus Points:

  • Be an early adopter. You’ve enthusiastically adopted the latest generation of agentic coding tools, and you can use them effectively to navigate a codebase, dependency mapping, or prototype experiences for your feature area.
  • Fluent in Zero Trust security. A deep understanding of modern security architectures and the value of a unified platform approach (Identity, Device, and Data security).
  • Experience with detections. Familiarity with the mechanics of modern email threats and how machine learning can be used for detection.
  • Good design sense. You’re comfortable collaborating with design engineers to translate the requirements into lo-fi prototypes.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

For Portugal based hires: Estimated annual salary is between €68,000 - €94,000.

Equity

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the multi-year vision, roadmap, and performance for a key product area at Storyblok. You will own the what and the why around your products, from early discovery and definition through launch and improvement. You will set standards across the product team, working closely with Engineering and Design to turn strategy into a clear delivery plan, make practical calls on scope and tradeoffs, and support teams all the way through to shipping. You’ll report on how your product area is performing, and represent that direction to executives, key customers, and industry analysts. You’ll also partner closely with our Developer Experience team to make working with our APIs, SDKs, and docs something developers actively enjoy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product area vision & roadmap: Set the multi-year vision and own the roadmap for a key product area. Decide what gets built in what order across this area, and explain why you made those calls. Bring net-new product bets to the executive team when you spot one worth making.

  • Product Discovery: Set the research agenda across your area rather than running all of it yourself. Decide what needs investigating, commission the work, and spot market shifts before they show up in the numbers.

  • Developer experience. Treating docs, error messages, and the composable/MACH integration ecosystem as part of the product.

  • Business cases: Build company-level business cases, such as a new pricing tier or a new market, that hold up in front of leadership and show how product spend turns into results the business can measure.

  • Release strategy: Set the standards for how releases are governed across the company: what ships in what order, what has to be working before it does, and what every team needs in place to be ready.

  • Stakeholder management: Keep executives, key customers and industry analysts informed and on the same page as priorities shift.

  • Cross-team leadership: Become the leader in your area, shaping organisation-wide product culture. Arbitrate the conflicts and competing priorities that span whole orgs rather than passing them up the chain.

  • Metrics & measurement:  Set the metrics and analytics standards other product areas work to, and report on how your own area is performing.

  • Design and engineering collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering from the first research through launch. You shape the design philosophy at the platform level and set the component and API conventions teams follow, they bring the craft and the technical judgement, and together you decide what ships, what waits, and how good it has to be.

  • Writing:  Set the spec and writing standards other product teams work to, and write the internal docs that inform executive-level decisions.

  • External communication and launch stories: Represent the product narrative externally through keynotes and analyst briefings, and drive category-defining thought leadership.

  • Mentoring: Mentor across the product team, growing ownership and judgement in other PMs rather than making their calls for them.

Education and experience

  • A degree in engineering, product, or something related
  • 8+ years in product management, at least 3 of them on technical, developer-facing, or platform products
  • Hands-on experience with developer tools, or platform products.
  • Experience owning a whole product area, not single features
  • Demonstrated technical fluency: you can read API documentation, run discovery interviews with senior engineers, and write a PRD that engineers respect.
  • A track record of setting a multi-year vision and carrying it through to shipped results you can measure, including at least one company-level bet such as a new market or a new pricing tier
  • Experience in CMS, content infrastructure, or DXP is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • You understand how SaaS businesses work, along with their customers, partners, and the wider B2B world
  • Strong commercial sense. You can build the case for a new tier or a new market, and connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and cost
  • Strong writing and speaking. Comfortable on a keynote stage or in an analyst briefing, not just in front of executives and customers
  • Technical enough to hold your own on platform architecture decisions with engineering, rather than only following them
  • Hands on: You’d rather build a rough prototype than describe the idea in a doc.

MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Remote (home) work opportunity or funded by Storyblok co-working space
