Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers on revenue management Azure projects, balancing hands-on technical contribution with team development, delivery execution, and continuous process improvement.

Lead Remote Posted about 14 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location

Our Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure House will be an integral part of our global R&D team.

This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel.

Who We Are

DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity

The Engineering Manager is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role. You are embedded with your team - daily standup, code review, architectural calls, delivery planning, and performance management - and you own both the team’s output and the team’s growth.

This is a genuinely technical & leadership role. You are expected to write and review code, be a credible voice in architectural decisions, and stay current in your team’s stack. You lead by demonstrating you can do the work at the highest level, not by title alone. The balance between hands-on contribution and leadership depends on the team’s context, but your overarching mandate is the same: run the team, execute and deliver, and grow its impact.

Build the bench, raise the standard, and keep the operating cadence sharp as the work and the organization evolve. You work AI-augmented yourself, expect the same from your team, and push the team’s craft forward with every new capability that lands.

Responsibilities

Team leadership & growth

  • Leading a team of engineers, owning both its delivery and its development.
  • Lead a mindset and process of continuous improvement within the team and meaningfully impact the team’s success over time. Small, compounding improvements, delivered via fast iterations, are the operating rhythm we expect, not an aspiration.
  • You are responsible for the professional well-being and career development of team members. Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, performance reviews, and direct, candid feedback.
  • Develop the next layer of leadership - tech leads, senior engineers ready to manage, and ICs ready to step into staff roles.

Technical leadership

  • Write code and review code. Be a credible voice in technical decisions because you have hands in the work, not because of your title - you are current, not rusty.
  • Drive the team’s architectural and technical design decisions in partnership with senior ICs, ensuring alignment on approach and implementation.
  • Uphold engineering standards through thorough, constructive pull-request review and a healthy release process, keeping the team’s components scalable and in a healthy state.
  • Work AI-augmented and lead an AI-augmented team, applying sharp judgment about where AI helps and holding the same quality bar for what ships.

Roadmap & delivery

  • Own the team’s commitments - what was promised, when it was promised, and the quality bar that was held.
  • Run a disciplined cadence of planning, prioritization, and delivery without becoming a process bureaucrat.
  • Partner closely with the Technical Product Owner and Product team on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs, maintaining a roadmap that reflects both near-term priorities and longer-term direction.
  • Understand the broader business objectives behind the work, translate that context for the team, and ensure engineering effort clearly aligns with those objectives.
  • React decisively to change - re-planning, re-prioritizing, and re-staffing as the business moves - while keeping the team engaged and steady through the shift.

Hiring

  • Own hiring for your team. Interview thoughtfully, decide quickly, and refuse to lower the bar to fill seats.
  • Recruit, coach, and - when needed - make hard calls toward the standard the team is held to.
  • Operate as a role model for other engineering managers across the organization: share your operating model, mentor peers, and raise the management bench.
  • Day-to-day communication & collaborationUpwards: Communicate clearly and succinctly, giving leadership the right level of context and prioritizing escalations based on relevant, well-gathered information.
  • Downwards: Empower senior engineers to own key areas of the product, and coach team members to stay focused, intentional, and aware of their impact.
  • Sideways: Partner effectively with Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and other teams - raising challenges and opportunities constructively to support cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles where you actively coded as part of your responsibilities.
  • Hands-on, real-life experience building cloud-based SaaS products - running services in production for Azure (and ideally additionally on AWS/GCP) , and owning availability, cost, and the customer-facing surface
  • Strong background in understanding and leading teams in the FinOps space.
  • API first mindset, products are built not just for end user experience through UI,they are fully functional and available through APIs, so both humans and agents can interact with the platform.
  • Strong background in engineering management of multi-disciplinary teams, including full-stack engineers and data engineers.
  • A track record of taking an engineering team and visibly transforming it - measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality, or team caliber.
  • Deep technical fluency in your team’s primary stack. You can read, write, and review code at a senior level, and you are current - not rusty.
  • Strong opinions on how high-performing engineering teams operate, and a clear philosophy on hiring, coaching, performance management, and technical decision-making.
  • Excellent judgment under pressure. You make calls quickly with imperfect information, communicate them clearly, and take responsibility for the outcomes.
  • Direct, candid communication. You give hard feedback well, and you hear it well.

Bonus Points

  •  Strong Golang knowledge or experience
  • A strong, already-established AI-augmented workflow, with opinions on how to apply AI tools and agentic workflows to raise both velocity and quality.
  • Hands-on experience with more than a single cloud provider.
  • Background in scaling teams, processes, or technical systems as the organization grows.

Project Management Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure at DoiT

Lead and manage an engineering team delivering revenue management solutions on Azure, balancing hands-on technical contribution with team development, mentorship, and execution oversight.

Lead Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Project Management Senior Engineering Manager - Product Platforms at AlphaSense

Leads engineering teams building API platforms and AI consumption metering systems, managing hiring, delivery, and cross-functional partnerships with Product and Finance.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

With market intelligence and search built on proven AI, AlphaSense delivers insights that matter from content you can trust. Our universe of public and private content includes equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, trade journals, and clients’ own research content.

The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion, with complementary product and content capabilities that enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets. Our platform is trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Founded in 2011, AlphaSense is headquartered in New York City with more than 2,000 employees across the globe and offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland. Come join us!

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the teams building shared product platforms at AlphaSense. The domain covers two connected areas: the API-first platforms that power multiple product surfaces, integrations, and agentic workflows, and the usage platform that meters and reports AI credit consumption across our product features.

Both areas are built as products, not as internal plumbing. That means well-designed APIs, clear contracts, strong reliability guarantees, and a roadmap driven by real product needs. Our consumption platform is business-critical: it underpins how AlphaSense packages, prices, and reports on AI capabilities, so accurate, timely, and auditable metering is a hard requirement rather than an implementation detail.

This is a people-management role. The immediate team is largely based in EMEA/US, so global people management is preferred. You’ll own hiring, growth, delivery, and the operational health of your teams, and you’ll partner closely with Product, Platform, SRE, and Finance/RevOps to set direction. You’ll stay technical enough to hold credible design discussions, review architecture, and push back where it matters, but your leverage comes through the engineers you grow and the systems they own. You’ll work alongside Principal Engineers in long-term technical direction rather than duplicating that work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of backend and platform engineers across the API and usage/consumption areas
  • Own delivery: roadmap commitments, execution quality, and predictable outcomes for platforms with many internal and external consumers
  • Own the direction of usage metering and AI credit accounting, including accuracy, auditability, latency, and cost of the metering pipeline itself
  • Partner with Product to shape a platform roadmap driven by real product and customer needs
  • Hire strong engineers, build a healthy pipeline, and raise the bar with every offer
  • Uphold API governance, versioning strategy, and backward compatibility, and hold the line on contracts that other teams depend on
  • Own operational excellence: SLOs, observability, on-call health, and follow-through on incidents
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Pricing on consumption models, entitlements, quotas, overages, and reporting
  • Create clarity in ambiguous, cross-team problems and break them into work your teams can execute
  • Grow senior ICs and tech leads, and make succession and technical ownership explicit
  • Communicate technical trade-offs and risk to engineering and business stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing backend or platform engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development
  • Strong hands-on engineering background in backend or distributed systems prior to management, with the ability to engage credibly in design and code reviews today
  • Experience with product platforms or shared services consumed by multiple product teams
  • Track record of delivering and operating APIs at scale, with strong grounding in RESTful API design
  • Experience with data-intensive systems: high-volume event ingestion, aggregation, and reporting
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to influence technical direction across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with consumption or usage-based business models: metering, rating, entitlements, quotas, and billing integrations
  • Experience with AI cost, token, or credit accounting systems
  • Experience building or enabling agentic and AI-driven workflows, including orchestration, state management, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent integration patterns
  • Some experience with GraphQL (design, usage, or operating in production)
  • Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems environments
  • Experience working closely with Platform and SRE teams
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams

Project Management Tech Lead Manager, Site Reliability at Niche

Tech lead and people manager for a small SRE team, balancing hands-on infrastructure work with 1:1s, hiring, and technical decision-making.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Niche

Niche is the leader in school search. Our mission is to make researching and enrolling in schools easy, transparent, and free. With in-depth profiles on every school and college in America, 140 million reviews and ratings, and powerful search tools, we help millions of people find the right school for them. We also help thousands of schools recruit more best-fit students, by highlighting what makes them great and making it easier to visit and apply.

Niche is all about finding where you belong, and that mission inspires how we operate every day. We want Niche to be a place where people truly enjoy working and can thrive professionally.

About The Role

The Tech Lead Manager (TLM), Site Reliability is the single technical and people leader for a small, high-ownership Site Reliability team (3–4 engineers) focused on building reliable, scalable, and secure environments that power the applications our students and schools rely on. This is a pivotal role in executing our strategy to accelerate product development and reduce barriers to software delivery without sacrificing quality and reliability.

This is not a traditional Engineering Manager role with technical fluency as a nice-to-have — the TLM is expected to be hands-on with code, architecture, and technical decision-making on a regular, ongoing basis, in addition to owning the full scope of people leadership: 1:1s, growth, performance, and hiring. Where a typical EM posting emphasizes strategy, stakeholder management, and guiding technical direction through others, the TLM personally takes on inbound coding work, personally owns technical debt, and personally carries enough depth in every project their engineers are running to challenge and improve the technical approach — not just track progress against it.

There is no separate Tech Lead on this team. The TLM holds both halves of the job — technical decision making and people management — as one accountable owner.

Success for the team is measured by reliability and performance metrics for the overall product and delivery systems, reduced incident detection and recovery times, adoption rates of platform tools and services, increased product development team self-service, modernization efforts across a portfolio of legacy services and infrastructure, and reduction of recurring toilsome or interrupt activities.

What You Will Do

  • Take on inbound SRE and platform work directly rather than delegating it by default — you are a working contributor to incident response, infrastructure automation, and tooling, not just their reviewer
  • Own technical debt and infrastructure modernization within your team’s scope, prioritizing and resolving it directly rather than routing it to someone else
  • Maintain deep enough understanding of every project your engineers are running — observability, disaster recovery, infrastructure work — to push on it, not just check in on it
  • Own delivery outcomes and the team’s quality bar: reliability and performance metrics, incident response effectiveness, and platform tool adoption
  • Guide technical direction through system design, architectural consult, and hands-on code review, ensuring engineering excellence
  • Own people leadership for your team: career development, performance management, hiring, and overall team health for 3–4 Site Reliability Engineers
  • Own — jointly with engineering leadership — how the team works. Today that’s Agile Scrum or Kanban; you’re expected to give feedback and help shape and implement our development process
  • Ensure the team balances urgency over perfection, while maintaining high standards for quality and reliability
  • Model effective AI-assisted development in your own hands-on work and set the standard for your team’s usage

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Get hands-on in the codebase and infrastructure your team owns — not just reading it, but shipping something
  • Build rapport with your direct reports and understand each ongoing project (observability, disaster recovery, infrastructure work) deeply enough to have a real technical opinion on it
  • Work alongside the team to learn the tech stack, the products you support, and the team’s current process (ceremonies, planning, review, oncall, incident response) as it exists today.

Within 3 Months:

  • Be a regular, direct contributor to inbound technical work — incident response, platform tooling, technical debt, infrastructure — alongside your team, not just reviewing their output
  • Foster a culture of quality by providing thoughtful, constructive feedback through code reviews and pairing, and promoting adoption of platform tools and practices
  • Make your first joint call with engineering leadership on a process adjustment and technical improvement, however small
  • Have established a working rhythm for 1:1s, performance conversations, and career development with each direct report
  • Join the on-call rotation suggesting improvements to improve response time and repeated notifications

Within 6 Months:

  • Demonstrate ownership of a nontrivial technical decision or architectural direction for your team’s systems (e.g., observability platform adoption, disaster recovery improvements, infrastructure)
  • Show a track record of catching and correcting technical or platform issues before they became delivery problems, including participating in disaster recovery and incident response exercises
  • Complete a full performance/calibration cycle for your directs

Within 12 Months:

  • Have led — jointly with engineering leadership — a deliberate evolution of your team’s process, grounded in what’s actually worked for your team rather than an inherited default
  • Be a recognized technical authority for Site Reliability, trusted with architectural calls without needing to route them elsewhere
  • Have full confidence navigating the Niche codebase and triaging technical work, getting directly involved as needed
  • Have a demonstrated record of balancing hands-on technical contribution with sustained people leadership — neither crowding out the other

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong, current hands-on software engineering experience — this role requires writing and reviewing code regularly, not occasionally
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of professional platform engineering experience incorporating DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering principles
  • Prior experience owning technical direction, or people management, and a clear readiness to take on both at once
  • Comfort operating without a separate Tech Lead to lean on — you are the final technical word for your team
  • Experience with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), kops, HashiCorp Vault, Grafana, GitHub Actions, Postgres, Kafka/MSK, Redis/Valkey, or equivalent platforms (Azure/GCP also welcome)
  • Understanding of modern microservice-based architectures and methodologies
  • Experience with Golang, TypeScript, and React is a plus
  • Experience with or strong aptitude for AI-assisted development tooling and workflows
  • A track record of making pragmatic technical trade-offs under real delivery pressure
  • Experience with, or openness to evolving, agile/Scrum-based team processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation

Our national target base salary range is $146,000-$183,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

At Niche, our Total Rewards Philosophy is centered around creating a workplace environment that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent by providing a comprehensive and competitive rewards package.  This philosophy is built on the principles of performance-based compensation, best-in-class benefits and work-life balance, and employee well-being.

Project Management Senior Engineering Manager - Product Platforms at AlphaSense

Lead engineering teams building API platforms and AI consumption metering systems, managing hiring, delivery, and cross-functional partnerships with product and finance.

What this role involves

AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. All employees share in the responsibility for fulfilling AlphaSense’s commitment to equal employment opportunity. AlphaSense does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, disability, or any other non-merit factor. This policy applies to every aspect of employment at AlphaSense, including recruitment, hiring, training, advancement, and termination.

In addition, it is the policy of AlphaSense to provide reasonable accommodation to qualified employees who have protected disabilities to the extent required by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances where a particular employee works.

Recruiting Scams and Fraud

Project Management Tech Lead Manager, Site Reliability at Niche

Tech lead and people manager for a small SRE team who hands-on codes, drives technical decisions, and leads 3-4 engineers on reliability and infrastructure work.

Project Management Engineering Manager at Code for America

Leads and develops a team of software engineers building government technology systems, overseeing product quality, team growth, and system reliability.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Code for America believes government can work for the people, by the people, in the new digital age, and that government at all levels can and should work well for all people. For more than a decade, we’ve worked to show that with the mindful use of technology, we can break down barriers, meet community needs, and find real solutions.

Our employees build and transform government and community tools and services, making them so good they inspire change. We merge the best parts of technology, nonprofit, and government to help support the people who need it most.

With a focus on transparency and fairness, and deep empathy for partners in government and community organizations and the people that our partners serve, we’re building a movement of motivated change agents driven by meaningful results and lasting impact.

At Code for America, you contribute to exciting work while learning and developing in a supportive and flexible environment. Our compensation and benefits are holistic and thoughtfully curated to represent our employees and our mission. Help us drive real generational change that lasts.

Code for America is looking for a talented Engineering Managerwho will lead a team of engineers building and operating the systems that make critical public services more effective, delivering meaningful impact for the people we serve. In this role you will supervise, coach, and develop the engineers on your team while contributing directly to the work yourself.

The pace of change in the policy and government landscape is accelerating at the same time that technology possibilities are shifting rapidly. Together, these shifts create new windows of opportunity to develop technical solutions that make critical public services more effective for the people who need them. Engineering Managers keep delivery moving through those moments, supporting staff and holding high delivery standards so that what we ship stays reliable and effective.

About the role:

Code for America software engineers are involved in every stage of our products’ lifecycle, from prototyping and design to developing features in response to user feedback, to operating technical systems at scale. The Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers doing that work, owning the quality of what they ship, the growth of the engineers on the team, and the durability of the systems they build and operate. Engineering spans multiple delivery areas, including Criminal Justice, Tax Benefits, and the Social Safety Net, and extends into new areas when the moment calls for it.

This is a player-coach role. You contribute hands-on to one engagement while overseeing your engineers’ technical work across the others, staying close to the craft through design and code review rather than by being the primary author of the code. The Manager, Engineering is accountable for the team’s technical outcomes, for its performance and growth, and for holding the bar on quality.

This role will report to the Director or Senior Director of Product Engineering and is expected to travel no more than 10% of the time.

Code for America is based in California and can employ those who reside full-time within the United States. This is a remote position.

In this position you will:

  • Team Management & Growth
    • Lead, coach, and develop the engineers on your team through regular check-ins and clear, candid feedback; create growth opportunities and stretch assignments that build new technical and professional skills.
    • Provide oversight of technical delivery across 2–3 projects your team contributes to, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving to successful, durable outcomes.
    • Mentor staff on best practices and sound technical judgment, and lead by example, establishing patterns others on the team follow.
    • Actively create opportunities for engineers to own meaningful work, with clear expectations and the accountability that lets them grow into it.
    • Proactively address conflict directly and promptly; mediate disagreements between team members.
    • Recruit and retain engineering talent with the skill, mission commitment, and appetite for innovation to thrive at Code for America.
  • Delivery & Execution
    • Establish direction for technical work within a team, anticipating challenges, documenting decisions, and helping the team understand the why behind approaches, not just the what.
    • Partner with product, design, research, and program leads to align on priorities and resolve cross-team dependencies before they block the team.
    • Craft new features, write automated tests, and build monitoring that holds a high bar for quality.
    • Work iteratively to ship minimal features, learn, and harden them to scale once proven
    • Own architecture and data-modeling decisions for significant parts of a production system, weighing tradeoffs across competing priorities — speed vs. maintainability, the familiar tool vs. the right one, ideal vs. feasible.
    • Contribute to design, implementation, and code review, and make technical trade-offs alongside your team, using AI-assisted development.
    • Guide how your team adopts new and better ways of working — modern delivery practices, new stacks, and AI-assisted development — creating room to experiment and managing the transition.
    • Support Engineering’s culture of writing by producing quality documentation and learning materials for internal and external audiences
  • Other duties as assigned

About you:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer, engineering manager, or equivalent, with experience managing engineering teams.
  • Experience across multiple languages, frameworks, or tech stacks with a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into unfamiliar ones.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills–including stellar writing skills–and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and facilitate decision-making conversations.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical teams to build and operate technical solutions with testing, observability, and operational rigor that keep them reliable
  • Experience developing and empowering collaborative, high-performing teams, and to manage through ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with how to apply AI and emerging technologies effectively, including how to anticipate and mitigate their risks, and experience with AI-assisted development.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-code tooling.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development models like Scrum, XP, TDD, or BDDDemonstrated ability to use AI coding tools judiciously, validating and refining generated code for quality, and modeling that discipline for the engineers you lead; more broadly, a curiosity about emerging AI tools, a commitment to using them responsibly and effectively, and the judgment to see where they add value and where they add risk.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI tools and a commitment to using them responsibly and effectively.
  • A deep commitment to Code for America’s mission of making government services work well for the people who need them most.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Personal or professional experience with the social safety net or other mission-relevant government services.

This role bridges top-tier strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery, leading core GTM execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Deal Desk.

In this role, you will act as a trusted proxy for the CGO, establishing operational rhythm across sales, marketing, channel & partnerships, product, customer success, and finance. You will manage a lean core team including a dedicated HubSpot Administrator who owns tactical click-ops and day-to-day system maintenance allowing you to stay focused on high-leverage commercial strategy. You will elevate RevOps from a tactical function to a strategic growth driver owning pricing models, cross-functional data unification, commercial analytics, executive reporting, and alignment across all routes to market.

What you’ll do

Executive CoS Leadership & Operational Rhythm

  • CGO Partner & Executive Proxy: Act as the primary operational partner and proxy for the Chief Growth Officer, driving cross-functional alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
  • Operational Cadence & Governance: Own the company’s GTM operating rhythm, including weekly pipeline reviews, executive forecast cadences, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning cycles.
  • Executive Enablement & Board Governance: Build executive narratives, board meeting presentations, and strategic performance reviews that translate raw revenue data into proactive, actionable growth decisions.

Strategic Pricing & Commercial Analytics

  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to design, evaluate, and optimize pricing architecture, packaging, and expansion tiers across direct, channel, and OEM routes.
  • Discounting Controls & Deal Economics: Conduct deep data analysis on historical sales patterns, discounting behaviors, and deal margins to establish smart discounting guardrails and approval thresholds that maximize Average Deal Size and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Scenario & Capacity Modeling: Deliver rigorous financial modeling and scenario planning for sales capacity, territory coverage, quota deployment, and new monetization initiatives.

Full-Lifecycle Data Unification, HubSpot Logic & Executive Insights

  • Full Customer Lifecycle Data Unification: Drive complete data unification across Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to establish absolute cross-functional traceability across the full customer journey—explicitly incorporating customer health heatmaps, adoption telemetry, and churn/expansion risk signals.
  • HubSpot Architecture & Data Governance: Define and enforce HubSpot-specific logic, field structures, and object relationships, managing a dedicated HubSpot Admin to maintain a clean, single source of truth for all GTM data.
  • Executive Dashboards & Diagnostic Analytics: Design and maintain real-time executive dashboards that go beyond vanity metrics to surface deep diagnostic insights on conversion health, deal risks, and growth opportunities.

Process Standardization & Product-to-Revenue Acceleration

  • Funnel Choke-Point Optimization: Analyze stage-to-stage conversion rates, specifically fixing bottlenecks between discovery and serious evaluation, to remove sales friction and accelerate win rates.
  • Automated Drift Control & Pipeline Health: Implement automated pipeline drift triggers to identify stalled opportunities, systematically purging “zombie deals” so reps focus on high-intent accounts.
  • Win-Loss & Revenue-at-Risk Attribution: Conduct transcript- and data-driven win-loss analyses. Translate win-loss findings and revenue-at-risk metrics directly into our weekly Product & Finance prioritization gate to evaluate roadmap feature requests based strictly on time to repeatable revenue.

Sales Operations, Marketing Operations & Commercial Governance

  • Territory & Quota Operations: Lead territory modeling, account segmentation, holdover rules, and quota assignment across direct reps and partner channels.
  • Marketing Ops & Campaign Traceability: Align Marketing Operations with Sales and Channel, ensuring lead routing, attribution models, and campaign performance data seamlessly feed into revenue outcomes.
  • Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash (Q2C): Oversee Deal Desk operations, establishing approval structures that balance commercial speed with policy compliance, reducing invoicing lag to under 24 hours.

Core Team Leadership & AI Stack Stewardship

  • Team Management: Directly manage and mentor a dedicated HubSpot Administrator, setting operational priorities, service level agreements, and system standards.
  • Tech Stack Optimization & AI Automation: Evaluate and streamline the GTM tech stack across Sales, Marketing, and Channel to eliminate redundant tools; deploy modern AI workflows (pre-call briefs, auto-CRM logging, intent routing) to maximize rep selling time.

Qualifications

  • Consulting & RevOps Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience combining top-tier Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture) or Strategic Ops with RevOps/GTM leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strategic Lens on Commercials: Deep expertise in pricing strategy, discounting analysis, yield management, and deal economics.
  • Data Unification & Infrastructure Mastery: Proven track record unifying messy cross-functional GTM data, enforcing data governance, and defining CRM logic/architecture (HubSpot core preferred).
  • Executive Presence & CoS Capabilities: Exceptional skill acting as a high-trust proxy for C-level leadership, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, and building board-level narratives and QBR frameworks.
  • Analytical & Modeling Fluency: Master-level ability to turn complex datasets into actionable executive dashboards, capacity models, and predictive forecast views using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Commercial & Deal Desk Governance: Strong background in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, discount controls, and contract lifecycle workflows.
  • Multi-Route GTM Savvy: Familiarity with multi-segment GTM motions across Enterprise Direct, OEM, Expansion, and Channel/TSD partners.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field required; MBA strongly preferred.
