Project Management People Strategic Programs Manager at Apollo.io

Manages People team operations, drives execution of strategic HR initiatives like M&A integration and tech implementations, and partners across functions to support SVP-level strategy.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Apollo.io is the leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users globally, from rapidly growing startups to some of the world’s largest enterprises. Founded in 2015, the company is one of the fastest growing companies in SaaS, raising approximately $250 million to date and valued at $1.6 billion. Apollo.io provides sales and marketing teams with easy access to verified contact data for over 210 million B2B contacts and 35 million companies worldwide, along with tools to engage and convert these contacts in one unified platform. By helping revenue professionals find the most accurate contact information and automating the outreach process, Apollo.io turns prospects into customers. Apollo raised a series D in 2023 and is backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and more, and counts the former President and COO of Hubspot, JD Sherman, among its board members.

The Role

Apollo’s People team is scaling rapidly across new geographies, business models, and technologies. We’re managing M&A integration, building employment infrastructure in new markets, evaluating new tech stacks (ATS, HRIS), and pioneering how AI can make People work simpler and smarter.

The SVP of People oversees all of this, but we need someone who can be the operational and strategic backbone: handling the cadence, shepherding multi-quarter projects, partnering with IT/Legal/Finance, and most importantly, becoming an extension of the SVP so she can operate at the strategy level rather than in the weeds of execution.

The People Strategic Programs Manager will own:

  • The operating rhythm of the People team (meetings, planning cycles, offsites, headcount strategy)
  • Execution of strategic initiatives (M&A playbook, UK infrastructure, ATS transition, HRIS evaluation)
  • Identifying and rolling out AI efficiencies across People workflows while working with IT/Legal on governance
  • Being a thought partner pulling projects, ideas, and execution off the SVP’s plate

This is an individual contributor role that leads through expertise, sound judgment, influence, and clear operating mechanisms, not direct management authority.

What You’ll Own

People Team Operating Rhythm

  • Coordinate and run the People team’s recurring cadence: all-hands, leadership meetings, quarterly planning cycles (OKRs), annual strategy planning, and offsites
  • Design and implement a documented, repeatable planning process that removes ad hoc coordination and reduces SVP time spent on operations
  • Own headcount planning and forecasting: build scenarios, identify HC needs by function, and feed strategic planning cycles
  • By Q4 2026: People team calendar and cadence runs with minimal SVP involvement

Strategic HR Programs & Projects

  • Own execution on major, multi-quarter initiatives: M&A integration playbook, UK equity/visa sponsorship infrastructure, ATS (Ashby) transition, HRIS evaluation, and emerging ad hoc projects
  • Partner with Director of People Operations on prioritization, scope, and sequencing
  • Key timelines: Ashby migration complete by December 2026; UK equity/visa infrastructure documented and operational by January 2027; HRIS evaluation narrowed to final vendor by May 2027; M&A playbook battle-tested by Q4 2026

People AI Transformation

  • Map People team workflows to identify where AI and automation can create real efficiencies
  • Conduct a comprehensive workflow audit within 6 months; identify 3–5 high-impact AI opportunities
  • Build one-team solutions (like the org health dashboard) instead of siloed, one-off tools
  • Partner with IT and Legal to establish clearer, more reasonable guardrails for AI/Claude usage (today’s “anything with PII requires review” is too restrictive and stymies innovation; broaden to enable more senior team members with self-service capability)
  • Advocate for a revised AI usage policy that enables People team to work effectively
  • By 12 months: People team operating under new AI policy with broader, reasonable guardrails

Strategic Multiplier to SVP

  • Be a thought partner and ideator on People strategy, new initiatives, and challenges
  • Pull execution and project leadership off the SVP’s plate so she operates at the VCE/strategy level
  • By beginning of FY 2027: SVP spends 30% less time in operational/project meetings

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of varied experience across G&A (General & Administrative) functions—could include HR, People Operations, HR technology, BizOps, special projects, or Chief of Staff roles
  • Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and execute multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong business and process design skills: requirements gathering, problem-solving, implementation, and change management
  • Experience managing across organizational boundaries without direct authority, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and measuring impact
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Experience with technology evaluation, implementation, and vendor management (at least exposure to ATS, HRIS, or People tech)
  • Understanding of People data, reporting, workflows, and interest in how AI/automation can improve People processes
  • Program/project management skills and execution bias (more important than HR domain expertise)
  • Comfort operating as a thought partner to senior leaders and influencing without authority
  • Intellectual curiosity about People operations, technology, and AI
  • Adaptability and ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving
  • Track record of building processes, systems, and solutions that scale

The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; at least 10 paid holidays per year, flex PTO, and parental leave; employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits; global travel coverage; life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance; FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Project Management Senior QA Lead | 12 weeks+ (572) at Ubiminds: You, International.

Lead test strategy and quality assurance for a real-money settlement platform, designing coverage to ensure financial correctness and auditable money movement.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

QA Lead

About the opportunity

Lead the test strategy for a real-money platform, proving settlement math cannot leak, double-pay, or drift while building a traceable test-case library from scratch.

About our client Our client is preparing two AI-driven platforms for enterprise readiness, with a focus on security, correctness, and financial integrity ahead of a production launch.

What you’ll do

  • Own the test strategy for the settlement engine: design coverage that proves settlement math is correct and cannot leak, double-pay, or drift.

  • Test the closed-loop money-movement path end to end and verify it is fully auditable.

  • Drive security testing at the RPC / SECURITY DEFINER layer, where the real business logic lives.

  • Verify access controls — 21+ age gating and identity verification — gate before any funds move (subject to Persona credential availability).

  • Author a traceable test-case library from scratch and stand up the shared defect tracker (Linear or Jira).

  • Report defects with precise repro steps; the client remediates and you re-test (you find, they fix, you verify).

  • Coordinate sandbox testing across OpenNode (settlement, test mode) and Resend (email).

  • Lead the CALL-IT pod.

What you bring (must-haves)

  • Senior QA / test-engineering experience on systems handling money, transactions, ledgers, or settlement — required, not adjacent.

  • Strong SQL / Postgres, ideally including stored-procedure or SECURITY DEFINER function testing.

  • Experience testing payment, settlement, ledger, or wallet flows, with an instinct for where money leaks or double-counts.

  • Working knowledge of Next.js / API-driven web apps and how to test an RPC layer.

  • Ability to design coverage where none exists and lead a small pod.

  • Rigorous, reproducible defect reporting in clear written English.

Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

  • Fintech, payments, iGaming,  testing background.

  • Familiarity with Supabase and Vercel.

  • Exposure to KYC / identity-verification flows (e.g., Persona) and age-gating.

  • Understanding of Bitcoin / Lightning settlement (e.g., OpenNode).

Perks & benefits 💻 Equipment provided — none of that “bring your own device” stuff here

🛡️ Full back-office support — Legal, Accounting, HR Business Partner, and Delivery team

What this role involves

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager I to join our expanding Product and Innovation team. This position will manage programmes that span the entire Product, Engineering, and UX organisations. Interactions with and presentations to engineering teams, engineering leaders, product leaders, executives, and third-party vendors will be common. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can bridge communication between technical teams and product-focused groups and leaders.

You will work remotely from Bulgaria and will be reporting to the Director, Technical Program and Operations.

You Will:

  • Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches all relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning and provide structured support to engineering teams, developing schedules, adhering to milestones, and keeping team members aligned and on track across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that support the organisation’s rapid growth, applying strong planning and organisational skills to manage complexity across Product, Engineering, and UX.
  • Recognise and prioritise issues as they arise, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify risk factors across programmes, then develop and execute mitigation plans with independent judgement and clear analytical thinking.
  • Drive regular status updates across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executives, to ensure transparency and maximise efficiency.
  • Facilitate open communication among teams with differing working styles and personalities, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain alignment and psychological safety within collaborative settings.
  • Handle programme-related documentation, reporting outputs, and data with care, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all information management activities.
  • Manage day-to-day use of programme and project management tools, software platforms, and internal systems, ensuring these are applied effectively to support delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, approaching additional responsibilities with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, or demonstrated experience leading large organisation-wide programmes, with deep knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing cross-departmental processes, with the ability to work across diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals.
  • Experience with API platforms, demonstrating technical literacy sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams and evaluate technical dependencies and risks.
  • A proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation through to completion, applying strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills throughout.
  • The ability to empathise with employee and customer challenges, with a consistent focus on user experience and human-centred outcomes.
  • Critical problem-solving skills to navigate complex, ambiguous issues, manage partner relationships, and exercise sound independent judgement — all while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences including executives and third-party vendors.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth company environment, demonstrating the resilience and adaptability needed to sustain performance under pressure and amid evolving priorities.
  • Comfort with sustained concentration and cognitive complexity, managing multiple high-stakes programme threads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Familiarity with budget awareness within programme contexts; this role does not carry direct financial responsibility but requires understanding of resource implications and organisational priorities.
  • Proficiency in standard computer and keyboard use in a remote work environment, with comfort in extended screen-based work as standard for this sedentary role.
  • A business-related degree or equivalent professional experience.

Project Management Quality and Release Manager at Raya

Owns QA strategy, release processes, and testing infrastructure for a mobile app, managing quality gates and leading release decisions end-to-end.

Senior Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We prioritize learning and teamwork and love giving people the opportunity to champion solutions to big challenges and grow into better versions of themselves. A great candidate believes in Raya’s vision, which is to enrich lives by fostering relationships through quality, in person interactions. You thrive at the intersection of quality and shipping, and you’re excited to build the release systems, quality gates, and testing strategy that let Raya ship a consumer app our members trust every time.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Strategy: Own the QA strategy across automated and manual testing, deciding what we automate, what we test by hand, and what we accept as risk, with regression coverage on critical paths like onboarding, payments, subscriptions, messaging, and login, including where third-party testing services and AI-assisted QA tooling fit in.

  • Visibility and Communication: Maintain the release calendar and Quality scorecards including report crash rates, defect escape rates, and release health to leadership

  • Continuous Improvement: Run release retros, turn incidents and escaped defects into durable process fixes, and connect release decisions to the incident response process

  • Release Ownership: Run the release process end-to-end for the Raya iOS app from predictable release trains with clear cut, freeze, and submission dates through App Store submission, phased rollout, and rollback/fix forward

  • Go/No-Go Process: Define release readiness criteria, lead go/no-go decision making

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in software quality, release management, or engineering, with 3+ years managing people

  • Deep knowledge of the App Store release lifecycle: TestFlight, phased release, expedited review, and rejection handling

  • Experience with subscription and payment flows on iOS

  • Experience building test automation strategy for mobile, including real-device testing, feature flags, and progressive rollouts

  • Experience deciding the split between automated and manual testing, and managing third-party QA or crowdtesting vendors

  • Fluency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, and strong knowledge of Git branching strategies for mobile release workflows

  • Clear, direct written communication

What Sets You Apart

  • Systems Builder: You build process and automation, so release quality depends on systems rather than memory

  • Impact-driven: You focus regression and automation coverage on the paths that matter most to members, rather than chasing full coverage everywhere

  • Ownership mentality: You take escaped defects from discovery to root cause to prevention

  • Bridge Builder: You partner with engineering managers, product, and leadership, embedding quality into everyday workflows while balancing team velocity

  • Bias toward shipping and iteration: You improve the release process incrementally in short cycles rather than waiting for a perfect system

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Project Management Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch at Dutchie

Manages end-to-end product and feature launches across cross-functional teams, owns launch timelines and dependencies, and ensures adoption and measurable impact.

Senior Posted 12 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Dutchie

Founded in 2017, Dutchie is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations, while providing consumers with safe and easy access to cannabis. Dutchie aims to further support the positive societal change the cannabis industry brings to the world through wellness benefits, social justice, and empowering local communities through tax revenue. Powering thousands of dispensaries across 40+ markets throughout the United States and Canada, Dutchie is the leading technology company in the cannabis space and was named in Fast Company’s 10 Most Innovative Companies in North America and listed two years in a row on LinkedIn’s Top 50 Startups.

Dutchie has raised over $600M in funding to date, backed by D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, Dragoneer, DFJ Growth, Thrive Capital, Howard Schultz, Snoop Dogg’s Casa Verde Capital, Gron Ventures, members of the founding team at DoorDash, Kevin Durant’s Thirty Five Ventures, and other notable angel investors.

About This Job

The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchie’s feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly,  our customers.

You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. You’ll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact.

Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better.

What You’ll Do…

  • Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches — scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch follow-through — in partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
  • Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth, ensuring active launches have clear status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences that keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface decisions early, and drive clear accountability.
  • Design and run internal change management for each launch, including readiness plans for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement, with clear ownership of what must be true before GA.
  • Design and run customer-facing change management, including rollout sequencing, customer communications, pilot or cohort strategy, and coordination with Marketing and Support.
  • Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work, clarify tradeoffs, and coordinate solutions before stakeholders have to escalate.
  • Translate changes in scope, timing, or dependencies into clear downstream business and customer impact, and drive the right stakeholders toward decisions.
  • Develop working product knowledge deep enough to answer audience, functionality, and semi-technical questions on each launch without unnecessary escalation, connecting feature-level detail to customer and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Technical Writing and Enablement, validating that release notes, training materials, internal guidance, and customer communications accurately reflect product functionality and positioning.
  • Define success metrics before launch across internal readiness and external outcomes such as adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, and support volume.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and proactively engage pilot, alpha, or early-adopter customers to identify friction, validate value, and surface emerging risks.
  • Build feedback loops that turn launch data and customer signals into action — flagging underperformance quickly and driving retrospectives that result in clear owners and follow-through.
  • Continuously improve the launch operating system by identifying high-leverage process, tooling, or automation opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment through implementation.
  • Use AI and the broader tool suite to accelerate research, synthesize launch signals, improve documentation and reporting, identify risk patterns, and reduce manual work — while applying judgment and validating outputs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, including readiness, communications, rollout strategy, and adoption.
  • Strong analytical orientation: able to define launch success metrics, pull and interpret product or usage data, and translate findings into action.
  • Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management — surfaces issues early, frames tradeoffs clearly, and drives toward resolution.
  • Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills: keeps cross-functional groups focused, drives decisions, and creates clear accountability without relying on formal authority.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and follow-through: builds enough product and domain expertise to represent launches credibly with stakeholders and customers, and validates rather than assumes.
  • Experience improving cross-functional processes, systems, or tooling and driving those changes through adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders, hold a line on scope or timeline with empathy, and adapt communication for technical, GTM, and customer audiences.

It’s a Bonus if You…

  • Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools such as Hex or Pendo for pulling and interpreting launch data directly.
  • Experience using AI/LLM tools to improve research, synthesis, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, or decision support.
  • Cannabis, regulated industry, or other multi-segment (SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise) GTM experience.
  • Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function structured around the full customer lifecycle.

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $102,000 - $138,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days

At Dutchie, we’re committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
