Support Manager, Client Support at CampMinder

Manages a client support team, ensuring service levels are met and coaching representatives to deliver comprehensive support across multiple channels.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Ideal start timeline: October 2026

Role status: Exempt

Compensation: Our target hiring range is $68,800 - $103,200 participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $7000 bonus. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

Campminder’s Flexible Working Location: Our employees have the option to work 100% remotely within the United States in select states where Campminder has established entities or their choice of days at home and at our office in Boulder, Colorado. We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events. We require anybody working remotely to have a very reliable, high-speed internet connection.

We know the best people can choose to work anywhere.

Here’s a few reasons why 100+ of them choose Campminder:

  • With 20+ years experience of serving the industry through its digital transformation, we’re stable, profitable, and have developed a loyal customer base (that continues to grow).
  • We build software for summer camps, an industry that enables meaningful experiences for kids.
  • We work on interesting, ambitious projects that create real value for our clients.
  • We know our team members feel their work has an impact on the organization’s purpose.
  • At the same time, we are genuinely committed to work/life balance. Our team members feel they have the flexibility to take time off when needed and feel supported in making use of flexible working arrangements.
  • We invest in emerging technology and cutting-edge leadership and are proud to take an “AI-Enabled” approach in our solutions.
  • We’ve been listed on Outside Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 8 consecutive years for our values-led culture and employee experience.

This role’s mission & overview:

The Client Support Manager role is responsible for providing timely and comprehensive response(s) to all forms of client and internal staff inquiries while ensuring all identified client service levels are met or exceeded by our Client Support Representatives.  As a management member of the Client Support department, this position is tasked with maintaining and improving pre-determined Campminder service levels. The Client Support Manager uses their knowledge of the Campminder and CampInTouch systems, system supported features and other available resources, including other team members, to provide best in class client service to the industries we serve.

As a Manager on our Support team, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the Client Support team — hold the team accountable to KPIs and service levels, run frequent feedback and professional development conversations, and monitor case/call quality for coaching opportunities
  • Partner with the Senior Support Manager on hiring, onboarding, and team staffing
  • Own day-to-day team operations: case and phone queue management, shift/PTO scheduling and capacity planning, and timely, accurate CRM data
  • Serve as the team’s point person for the tools that run Client Support — including call-routing/queue configuration — and adapt as the stack evolves
  • Keep team knowledge resources and training (including seasonal refreshers) current
  • Own client-facing communication tied to product issues: publishing announcements/notices and closing the loop with clients when an open bug is fixed
  • Act as the team’s escalation point for client issues across phone, email, and ticketing
  • Partner with CCEO and the Senior Support Manager to monitor, recommend, and implement improvements to department procedures
  • Represent Client Support in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional special projects; other duties as assigned, including manager-on-duty coverage

We think a successful candidate will bring:

  • Prior managerial/leadership experience, with the judgment to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the tact and diplomacy to de-escalate emotionally charged client situations
  • Comfort coaching team members through professional development and performance conversations
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and proprietary web applications; comfort owning and administering the software tools that support daily operations (CRM, phone/contact-center, scheduling, workflow automation, issue-tracking) and adapting as the stack evolves
  • Ability to multitask and sustain efficiency against service-level targets
  • Collaborative, team-oriented working style
  • Knowledge of the summer camp industry helpful, not essential

Our Interview Process:

  1. 45 min- interview with People & Culture
  2. 60 min- interview with Hiring Manager
  3. 60 min- interview with future reports on the Support Team
  4. 30 min- interview with CCEO

A few of the benefits we are proud to offer:

  • Robust medical, dental, and vision coverage options with generous employer contributions, plus a $500 employer HSA contribution for HSA-compatible plans
  • Ability to choose where you work - remotely, in the office, or a mix!
  • A variety of resources to support mental health and emotional well-being
  • 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, including via adoption, surrogacy, and foster care
  • 401(k) with 4% company matching
  • Trust-Based (flexible) PTO (and yes, we use it!)
  • $900/year wellness allowance
  • Company-paid subscriptions, training, and support for using AI professionally and personally. We have a team dedicated to enabling our AI capabilities for our team members and our customers!

We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply:

We’re actively taking steps to make sure our culture is inclusive and that our processes and practices promote equity for all, including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome and encourage applications from people with these identities or members of other historically marginalized groups.

Research shows that women and people of color tend not to apply to jobs unless they believe they are 100% qualified and apply to fewer senior-level positions. With that in mind, we encourage you to apply if you’re not sure whether you meet our qualifications. We’d love to have the opportunity to consider you!

We encourage applications from parents, parents-to-be, and those responsible for the caretaking of others. We offer paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents (including for adoption, surrogacy, and foster care placement) and paid loss leave to recover from miscarriage or stillbirth. The company’s HSA and wellness allowance contributions may be used toward childcare, eldercare, adoption fees, and fertility treatments like IVF, among other expenses.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader who thrives on operational discipline and is energized by complex, high-stakes customer relationships. You bring strong business acumen, sound judgment under pressure, and a genuine enthusiasm for the work—staying motivated and forward-looking through ambiguity and difficult stretches, and bringing your team with you.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Customer Success Experience: 6+ years in Customer Success or account management, with direct experience owning a strategic or enterprise book of business.
  • People Leadership: 1+ years of experience leading client-facing teams, with a track record of coaching, performance management, and developing high-tenured individual contributors serving matrixed enterprise clients.
  • Commercial & Operational Track Record: Proven success driving retention and growth targets, paired with strong business acumen across renewals, negotiations, process refinement, and project management.
  • Risk & Influence Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and maintain sound judgment under pressure.
  • Generative AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., for research, account prep, communication) to optimize personal and team productivity.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for customer on-sites within the U.S. 4+ times per year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS & Tooling Expertise: Experience in SaaS/subscription business models, with fluency in tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, or similar CRM/BI platforms.
  • Executive Coaching: Experience coaching CSMs on C-suite presentations and value-based ROI selling.
  • Sales Background: Previous experience in direct account management or sales roles.

How you’ll grow

  • Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
  • Make a plan with your manager to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role, plant goalposts for your career, and learn about Sprout’s approach to Customer Success
  • Meet 1:1 with your team of CSMs and begin reviewing account portfolio health, Mutual Success Plans, and current forecast projections.
  • Shadow current QBRs, account planning sessions, and cross-functional syncs with Sales and Renewals partners to map key stakeholder workflows.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Build connections with members from other teams through active networking and community building
  • Begin active strategic coaching in 1:1s—focusing on executive presentation, risk mitigation, and embedding AI-enabled workflows.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Have your first performance conversation with your manager, where you’ll discuss your accomplishments in your role and work together to build goals for your professional growth
  • Consistently meet or exceed team retention targets
  • Build individualized career development and stretch plans tailored to senior/tenured ICs on your team.
  • Synthesize customer and team feedback to influence cross-functional partners in Product, Professional Services, and GTM leadership.

Leads a team of Customer Success Managers to build strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities, driving retention and expansion while managing portfolio health and team development.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Company

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. With the support of top-tier investors, Medely has quickly become a go-to platform for healthcare professionals to instantly access high-paying jobs with the freedom and flexibility to work when and where they want.

As a fully remote team of sharp, collaborative, and entrepreneurial individuals, we are dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team and help us take on tough challenges in this fast-expanding healthcare industry segment.

Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead our Strategic and Growth teams. You will empower a team of Customer Success Managers to build proactive, value-driven partnerships with post-acute and outpatient facilities - strengthening retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.

Compensation: $175,000 - $194,000 OTE (base + commission at plan).

Why This Role Exists

As Medely’s SMB customer base grows, we need a leader who can build a more scalable and consistent Customer Success approach without losing the quality of our customer relationships. This role will strengthen how we segment, engage, and create value for customers across our Strategic and Growth portfolios.

What You’ll Own

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, you will lead a team of Strategic and Growth CSMs responsible for managing small- and medium-sized books of business. You will refine the team’s retention and expansion strategy, develop repeatable playbooks, and use customer insights, performance data, and market trends to guide priorities. You will also coach and develop CSMs, translate broader company strategy into clear team execution, and help strengthen Medely’s presence within the healthcare community.

Occasional local and overnight travel may be required for client meetings, industry engagement, and market-development activities.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Drive Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and mitigate churn by proactively managing portfolio health across the team’s entire book of business.

  • Design and execute strategic account plans and motions to drive retention, expansion, and customer engagement across a high-volume segment.

  • Coach and build critical thinking across the team, emphasizing value-based selling, strategic negotiation, executive presentation, and data-driven customer interactions.

  • Lead capacity planning and bandwidth forecasting to align team headcount with evolving customer segments and aggressive revenue targets.

  • Analyze churn indicators, health scores, and market data to predict emerging trends and proactively adjust team tactics.

  • Onboard, train, and mentor new team members while cultivating a high-performance, accountable team culture.

  • Champion the “voice of the customer” internally, providing structured qualitative and quantitative insights to Product and Leadership teams.

  • Identify risk patterns across the customer lifecycle and deploy rapid risk-mitigation strategies to safeguard vulnerable accounts.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and cross-functional alignment issues

  • Maintain subject matter expertise on Medely’s product offerings, healthcare staffing dynamics, competitive intelligence, and broader industry trends.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • You bring 4+ years of people-management experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally leading teams in a high-volume or SMB environment.

  • You have a measurable track record of improving retention, reducing churn, and driving revenue expansion.

  • You are a strong people leader who coaches CSMs to become trusted strategic partners and confident commercial operators - balancing empathy and support with clear expectations, direct feedback, and accountability.

  • You use data to identify performance gaps, set priorities, and turn customer and operational insights into action.

  • You are comfortable with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Tableau, AI productivity tools, and Google Workspace.

  • Bachelor’s degree or bring equivalent practical experience.

What Sets You Apart

  • You have led Customer Success teams through meaningful growth or change while maintaining strong customer relationships and a high performance bar.

  • You can move comfortably between strategy and execution - setting the direction, building the playbook, and helping your team apply it in real customer conversations.

  • You know how to scale Customer Success without reducing it to reactive support or routine check-ins; experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, workforce marketplaces, or EMR ecosystems is a plus.

Why Medely: Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and performance

  • Long-term Incentives: 401k

  • Healthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexibility: We believe that work/life balance is important, so we offer flexible and unlimited PTO

  • Paid parental leave

  • Purpose: Join a growing mission-oriented startup that is modernizing the healthcare industry nationally!

  • Ownership: Drive meaningful business impact on a team you’ll help build and define!

  • Remote: Work in a digital environment with all the tools to achieve your work as though you were in the office!

We’re an equal opportunity employer to all. We interview and hire applicants of all backgrounds, orientations, expressions, and identities.

Work location is flexible if approved by Medely.

Medely does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies. We consider any resume (CV) or biography received from an agency or outside recruiter without prior approval from a member of the Medely Human Resources or Recruiting team to be unsolicited and gratuitous, and such submissions will not be recognized by Medely for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate.

Support Manager, Product Support at Fieldguide

Manages a product support team, owns ticket quality metrics and SLA adherence, and builds a 24-hour global support coverage model.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets. We enhance trust by augmenting the work of assurance and audit practitioners with AI agents. Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

We are based in San Francisco and built as a remote-first company that lets you do your best work from anywhere. We have raised over $125M in venture funding from top investors including Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, Justin Kan, and Elad Gil. More than 50% of the top-100 CPA firms are customers, including several Big 4 firms, with an industry-leading NPS to match.

We value diversity, both in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory. Fieldguide’s team is inclusive, driven, humble and supportive. We are deliberate and self-reflective about the kind of team and culture we are building, and we look for teammates who are strong in their own aptitudes and who care deeply about supporting each other’s growth.

About the Role

Our generalist product support team is the front door to Fieldguide for every firm we serve. It is also our largest team, and it is about to be our most distributed. We currently cover a 12-hour weekday window. Within twelve months, we will cover 24 hours a day, five days a week, using local office hours across the US, London, and Seoul rather than working through the night.

We are looking to bring on a Manager, Product Support, reporting to our Head of Support to oversee our generalist product support team. We need someone skilled in coaching and process gaps. You will own ticket quality before escalation, consistent quality assurance, career development for our specialists, and a real follow-the-sun handoff model.

This hire must be comfortable working 10-7pm Eastern Time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the team’s numbers. Hold the standard on first response time, median time to close, volume, and SLA adherence. Know where the team sits every day, know who is behind and why, and coach rather than report.

  • Build the 24-hour coverage model. Take us from a 12-hour weekday window to 24-hour weekday coverage in your first twelve months. Own shift design, staffing math, and the hiring plan across regions, in partnership with the Head of Support.

  • Stand up quality assurance from scratch. We do not have a formal QA process for support tickets today. You will build it. Review ticket handling, documentation quality, and internal notes, then turn what you find into coaching and into changes to how we work.

  • Raise the quality of escalations. Define and enforce the paths from generalist support into the product verticals and support engineering. Escalations that leave your team should arrive complete, scoped, and reproducible so they do not burn engineering time. Protect senior and engineering capacity with clear runbooks and escalation gates.

  • Own the follow-the-sun handoff. As specialists ramp off shift, open tickets need to move to someone who is online, not sit with someone who is asleep. This is a gap today and it is yours end to end.

  • Coach and grow the team. Own hiring, onboarding, and day to day development for the generalist group. Build the career pathing that shows a junior specialist how to get to senior, to a product vertical, or into support engineering.

  • Hire across time zones. Partner with recruiting to bring on specialists in London, Seoul, and the US, and get them productive fast in a distributed team.

  • Advocate for the customer inside EPD. Support sits under Engineering, Product, and Design at Fieldguide. Bring patterns from the queue into roadmap conversations, and make sure recurring pain gets fixed rather than re-answered.

  • Stay hands on. You will still work tickets and take escalations when the queue calls for it. This is a working manager role, not a reporting one.

What You Are:

  • 5+ years in customer, product or technical support.

  • At least 2+ years managing a team, ideally within an enterprise SaaS company. You have carried a queue yourself and you have coached other people through carrying one.

  • You have managed a distributed team across time zones. You have designed or run a shift model, and you understand what handoffs, coverage gaps, and time zone isolation do to a team if nobody is watching.

  • You build a process where none exists. A QA rubric, an escalation runbook, an onboarding path. You are comfortable being the first person to write it down.

  • You are fluent in the data. First response time, time to close, backlog, CSAT, SLA adherence. You can pull the numbers, spot the trend, and explain what you are going to do about it.

  • Hands-on experience in a high-growth startup. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a focus on assisting and advising customers through complex issues.

  • You are a team player and are mission-first. You are joining a hard-working team that trusts each other deeply. We won’t compromise on this.

  • Bias towards action. You take ownership of projects end-to-end and see them through to completion, with minimal direction or oversight.

  • Nice to have: experience supporting audit, accounting, or professional services firms; familiarity with Intercom, Shortcut or Jira, and Metabase; experience hiring in the UK or APAC; experience deploying AI-assisted triage in a support queue.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Build connections with members from other teams through active networking and community building
  • Begin active strategic coaching in 1:1s—focusing on executive presentation, risk mitigation, and embedding AI-enabled workflows.

Support Director, Customer Success (Connection Networks) at Redox

Builds and manages customer success relationships with provider health systems in Redox's network, defining engagement strategies and converting connections into references and commercial opportunities.

Lead Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

We are seeking a Customer Success Director, Provider Networks to build a relationship function that does not exist at Redox today: dedicated coverage of the provider systems (hospitals and health systems) connected to our network. Redox largely sells to companies that resell our infrastructure to their own customers — we have strong coverage against those direct customers, but none against our customer’s customer, the provider systems actually running on our network.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity IC role. You will define how Redox engages provider systems from the ground up: who to prioritize, how to build trust with hospital IT and integration teams, and how to turn relationships into referenceability, faster customer introductions, and eventually a path to direct commercial relationships with providers themselves.

You will start with a deliberately narrowed patch, our top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers on the network. Success means providers stay engaged, informed of new Redox capabilities, and willing to serve as references or fast-pass introductions for Redox customers selling into them. If the pilot proves out, this role is the foundation for a full team, with a leader hired to scale it.

We’re a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.

Impact on Team:

We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat learning out loud as a feature, not a liability. In this role, you’ll be expected to bring your real perspective on what’s working and what isn’t as you build this function, and to commit fully once a direction is set.

We default to public Slack channels over DMs, document our thinking in writing, and work async whenever possible. There is no existing playbook for this role, you will be building the outreach cadence, prioritization approach, and relationship-tracking process as you go, and bringing recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.

We own the relationships we build, not just the introductions on this quarter’s list. You’ll have latitude to define scope, prioritize your own patch, and see the work through from first outreach to a validated, referenceable relationship. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver - engagement, referenceability, and leads - not the process we follow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain relationships with an initial patch of provider systems on the Redox network, starting with the top 25 health systems and/or all Epic-based customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider systems, engaging largely with hospital IT and integration teams who manage the Redox connection day to day.

  • Build and track referenceability across your patch, keeping provider systems informed of new Redox features and capabilities, and willing to serve as references for Redox customers.

  • Generate fast-pass introductions: when an existing Redox customer wants to sell into a provider system you manage, use the relationship to accelerate that connection.

  • Identify and surface signal for direct commercial relationships between Redox and provider systems over time.

  • Define and refine the initial outreach cadence and relationship-management process for this function, since no established playbook exists today.

  • Track and report on engagement, referenceability status, and lead signal across your patch to validate ROI during the initial 6-month pilot.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate provider relationships into stronger network stickiness and customer outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Provider/Client Relations within health tech, healthcare interoperability, or health data companies.

  • Direct experience engaging hospital or health system IT and integration stakeholders, not solely commercial or clinical buyers.

  • Comfort operating with high ambiguity and no established playbook, you will be building this function, not executing an existing one.

  • Working knowledge of the health data exchange ecosystem, including HIPAA-relevant considerations around health data sharing and network participation.

  • Strong track record of building trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large book of relationships (dozens to hundreds of provider systems) autonomously, without a supporting team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report clearly on engagement, referenceability, and pipeline signal.

  • Proficiency with modern customer success and CRM tooling; hands-on experience with platforms such as Vitally (or comparable CS platforms), Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous organizational culture.

  • Strong AI proficiency strongly preferred; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, and reporting across a large book of relationships.

Who you’ll be engaging with:

  • Top 25 health systems by connection depth on the Redox network.

  • Epic-based provider organizations connected to Redox.

  • Hospital IT, integration, and interoperability teams managing the Redox relationship day to day.

Nice to have in your background:

  • Familiarity with health data exchange frameworks and standards (e.g., Carequality, TEFCA, HL7/FHIR).

  • Experience building a net-new function or team within a growth-stage company.

  • Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tooling for relationship and pipeline tracking.

$185,000 - $205,000 a year

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is expected to be $185,000 to $205,000 per year base, plus variable component.

*The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.

Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits. Redox offers a total rewards package that includes stock options and employee benefits for full-time employees. Our total rewards package includes the following:

Benefits & Perks

• 100% remote first culture (must be based in the US)

• Unlimited Flexible Time Off

• 15+ Observed Holidays

• Rest & R^Charge days (guaranteed a 3-day weekend each month)

• R^Charge (6 weeks paid sabbatical + stipend)

• 401k match 50% for up to 8% on Day 1

• Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits on Day 1

• HSA & FSA, Life, Disability, Medical Travel & Employee Assistance Program

• Paid Parental Leave (16 weeks)

• Productivity Stipend & Wellness Fund

• Redox Issued MacBook

• Virtual and/or in-person Team & Company Events

• Stock Options

• Employee Referral Bonus Program
